The online application process was quite detailed but doing that avoided the need to apply at a branch. When I called the next morning to complete the application, he was able quickly verify that I had successfully established the CD I wanted. Also handled making the initial deposit.Thank you UCCU!

I had some issues with the loan department when they didn’t receive my proof of insurance after I sent it over to them multiple times. Zack from customer service went above and beyond to help me by calling the insurance loan department (I don’t know what that department is called) and got everything straightened out. He was very tentative while I was on hold, checking in every so often to give me updates while he was on the phone with the other department. I hope zacks manager sees this review!

When a fraudster hacked my computer and accessed my UCCU account, my computer had to be reformatted and UCCU was awesome to work with Security. My account was blocked and they helped me to set up a new account! It took a lot of time on their part and they were all so patient and understanding! I learned an important lesson about opening unknown emails. UCCU made a very disheartening situation a lot easier to cope with! Thank you UCCU!!!

I have done business with the uccu for nearly 40 years. Everyone has always been so helpful with questions, explanations, new accounts, etc. Highly recommend this credit union.

Part of the roll of a loan officer is to educate the member during the process of applying for a loan. It also includes being accurate in the information being passed through them by an underwriter to the member. It also helps when there are no surprises at the end of the loan process. I wish I could say that my experience in the above was better. While the loan was approved, it was an abysmal experience.

If you want a bank that loses or fails to acquire the title to your vehicle, choose UCCU. If you want a bank that threatens your credit for late payment after they receive a ten-day payout request for the loan on your vehicle, choose UCCU. If you want a good bank, maybe look somewhere else. There are credit unions that treat you like a human being, and then there's UCCU.

Very quickly got approved for a car loan. They even went out of their way to accelerate the process as I was trying to get everything squared away moments before they closed. Was able to get the check and the car all within a couple hours of choosing the one I wanted to go with after getting pre-approved. Big fan of UCCU.
