We had shutters put through our whole house. Today I found out the shutter over the sink in my kitchen won't open because the faucet is in the way. I called and talked to Dylan and asked why we weren't told about the problem before putting in the shutter so we could decide if that was still what we wanted. His response was to have my wife take a part the shutter to have access to clean the windows. If this is his way of fixing the problem, not the best way of keeping customers in the long term.

Dylan did an amazing job installing my new shutters! He was friendly, professional, and made the process a breeze. The timeline from consultation to installation was much shorter than I anticipated. I really appreciated that he and his installer were considerate of my home and left with hardly any trace of the install. They were even thoughtful enough to put all of my old blinds in the same room to make for easy cleanup. I would recommend him to anyone for a quality service that really enhances your home!

Our experience with Utah Valley Shutters, Shades, Blinds, etc. has been great. They were very timely, thoroughly knew their product, and delivered and installed the blinds in a very professional manner. The blinds they installed are great quality and we couldn’t be more happy with the end result. I love working with individuals who offer a good product and quality customer service. This is a good company and I will be calling them again in the future as the need arises.

Dylan is a pro. We opted for some motorized honeycomb shades (ALTA by Hunter Douglas), and we are thrilled with how they turned out. The honeycomb pattern is both stylish and energy efficient, which has been nice for our A/C bill this hot summer.Dylan was competitive with his pricing and easy to communicate with. His work is very precise and detailed. We feel like Dylan stands by his work, and we are happy to recommend him!

Utah Valley Shades answered on my first call. they had an opening the following day and we scheduled it. the consultation was insightful and lighthearted. we decided to order from Dylan because of his expertise, prices and how much we enjoyed working with him. we ordered several cordless shades and some fake wood blinds. they turned out beautiful, my wife and I couldn't recommend him enough to all our neighbors and family.
