Love our new roof and gutters. They look great, and keep the water out. We wanted a new roof with our insurance, but weren't sure how to go about doing that. Matt was very helpful and walked us through the process. It was a lot easier than we though it would be. Thank you VP Roofing!

Very helpful with all phases of the roof replacement. They worked in what I'd say iwas not the best of weather, snowy and cold. They did the job safely and quickly. They have a couple of things to finish up on but, we are awaiting a better break in the weather. VP roofing helped me work through the experience with my insurance company which was a little trying at times and explained the Utah uniform code to me, which I was unaware of. This was the first time I have had to deal with my insurance so kudos to Sam for educating me. I can say that I can recommend them as the communication was top notch and they did what they said they were going to do. So thanks VP roofing Sam, Matt and Jake for a job well done!

VP was doing some roofs after a storm in my neighborhood and Jake approached me about examining my roof to see if it had any damage. There was some wind damage but I couldn’t get to the roof until the following spring to file a claim. Jake helped me with the claim and unfortunately my insurance company low balled the work. After showing them quotes from other companies, they allocated more funds. I got my roof and a new gutter. The workers came on time and worked for two days. They didn’t put tarp all around and I alerted Jake and he called the on-site manager. Within half an hour the workers put down the tarps so the garbage wasn’t all over the yard. They cleaned the yard well and went over it several times for nails. My roof was upgraded to code with a ridge vent. All the vents on the roof were painted to match the shingles. I had an epic experience with Jordan n Jake of VP Roofing n Restoration. Very responsive and professional team! Even after I changed my mind more than a dozen times on what color I should choose, they were absolutely patient with my picky @%$.The team of roofers were completely devoted to finishing my roof before a thunderstorm was making it's way towards us.They worked the following day instead of spending time with their own families and followed up the next 2 days to make sure my gutters n sidings were to my liking and approval. The salesmen were thorough and covered all details. They worked with the insurance adjuster to facilitate the claim. They helped with selection of colors and material to be pleasing. They contacted the city inspector and received a certificate before laying the shingles on the repaired under roof. The work crew arrived and worked steadily, finishing in one day. They were careful of the yard and landscaping. The cleanup was amazing, everything left very neat, no mess. They returned for a final inspection on top of the roof. I was very impressed and satisfied with this service of this company and highly recommend them.Services: Roof inspection
