I was told my wife’s post-surgery prescription would be ready by 10:00 AM. When I arrived at 10:15, the technician said it would actually be ready by 11:00. I returned at 12:15, only to wait another 45 minutes—finally receiving the prescription around 1:00 PM. I understand this is a busy 24-hour pharmacy, but that doesn’t justify wasting customers’ time with inaccurate estimates and long delays.

Worst Walgreens’s ever. The drive thru line always takes so incredibly long. Why are other Walgreens never as slow as this one? It’s horrible. The line isn’t necessarily even that long, it just takes forever.

Walgreens is a joke. Please support local pharmacys over this corporation who does not care for you. I dropped off a double prescription, one of them they could not fill. No big deal I found one that could fill the other. They just told me to have the other pharmacy call them and they could transfer the order. Seemed easy enough.
So I called the other pharmacy, explained the situation and they said they would call and request. After not hearing back for a while I called back, and was told walgreens had yet to send it, and that they had called multiple time without walgreens answering. They told me this is typical from Walgreens, they said 90% of the time they cannot get an answer from them.
Walgreens, pick up your damn phones.
I ended up having to call my doctor to write a whole new prescription to be sent because Walgreens is so unreliable. I know they won't read this because they dont care, but if your reading this, please take your business elsewhere.

I am not sure if anyone at this store has any social skills. They are extremely rude and seem way too busy for any of their customers.

Very unsatisfied with the customer service, rude and unprofessional. Manager had a very bad attitude when I tried to drop off a FedEx package to this drop off location. Very disappointed with the way that she was talking to me, I will not make any business with this location, Never again!

Terrible service at the drive-thru. You have to wait in line for more than an hour to pick up medication that's supposedly ready, and they take all their time to give to you

This place may be the worst pharmacy in Utah County. They are beyond slow, disorganized, unprofessional staff. The staff are such they are filling their mouth with granola bars to the point of not being able to speak to their customers. The staff also enjoys yelling at customers to stand back even though the customers are already more than 10ft from the register. Completely unacceptable!

12:43 Jun 30th called to see if a certain RX was in stock, they said yes, I drove down from Payson, turns out they don’t have it. Incompetent and or intellectually incapable staff.

Can only echo the concerns of every other person leaving recent reviews
The staff are horribly untrained - you get a different answer depending on who you talk to - and they have straight up lied when reporting in their issues - sometimes “insurance issue” simply means out of stock or the reverse
There is a reason that everyone is having similar experiences. Go to literally any other pharmacy

This place is really badly run.
Their automated systems are really messed up, not in sync with their real stock, apparently insurance negotiation issues that delay prescriptions for days.
The only reason I put 2 stars instead of 1 is that they are the only 24 hour pharmacy, but I wouldn't recommend using them if you can at all help it.

Staff was very rude and hard to work with. They are very slow and usually understaffed. I try to avoid going there as much as possible.

Went to go get my prescription refilled and they claimed they had already given me my prescription. Which I never received. Now I can’t get my refill because they ran it through insurance and it won’t be released. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with these people but will never be going back and encourage others to try another pharmacy if you want straight forward and honest pharmacists.

Slow!!! Avoid at all cost. Should have just gone to my normal one for a prescription. They can’t keep up with the orders from the hospital.
