Had one of the worst days today because of a scam I fell for. I want to give a huge shoutout to Chandler, Erika, Sal. They really made me feel comforted and even though it was my fault they never judged me or made me feel stupid. Chandler was the first person that I spoke to at the teller line and he knew something wasn’t right but I insisted I needed my money. After I was scammed I came back and spoke to Sal who brought over Erika. I ended telling them all the details and I felt so much empathy and genuine concern for my well being. I knew there was nothing anyone could do, but being able to talk to Erika and Sal while they let me vent was what I needed. They even called their fraud department to make sure they had tried everything. Not even Provo PD came close to caring about what happened to me. This team is full of kind hearted people who care about their customers.

They are absolutely horrible!! Such rude tellers!! They made my mom come in to cash a check that was from their bank even though I told them that it's really hard for her to get around and they said she still had to come in to cash the check, they didn't say anything about a $10 fee to cash the check until we came in, instead of telling us the first time!! Very rude customer service!!! I'm really glad that I don't bank there and this is why!!! They have always had very bad customer service!! And they are not improving at all!! They're getting worse!!! I can see why they're closing all these wells Fargo branches!!! They should definitely close this one!!! And they should definitely fire the two jerk tellers that were so rude to my mom and me!!!!! If i could leave a negative star review I would because one star is way too good for these jerks!!!

My friend and I tried to deposit money through the window; the woman working with medium length long brown hair, Caucasian and brown eyes, she was very rude due to the fact I overheard her telling a different customer how we were making her job hard, I’d recommend not speaking poorly on customers especially not in front of them.

the girl that just helped me was SO rude!!! She said she was new and was so unhelpful. she made me come inside to deposit cash and then we heard her talking about how we were making her job hard in the drive through to the customers she was speaking to inside. The customer service was AWFUL! She didn’t realize we were in there obviously. Will be closing out all of our accounts! we’ve been banking here for years and this is absolutely unnacceptable.

They made me wait 20 minutes then came back to say they wouldn’t be able to help me until after 230 Pm. It’s 10 Am! They are inconsiderate with people’s time.

Jake Williams was SO helpful and understanding with my millions of questions. This is my first time banking with wells fargo and I was nervous because of the reviews… but seriously this was a great experience. 10 stars for Jake!!!

this place allows people to just walk up to the drive thru only ATM. seems very unsafe for pedestrians to be blocking cars like that. then when I asked nicely for people to go to the walk up ATM, they raged at me, and no one at this bank helped. Incredibly scummy company

I just spent an hour and a half sorting out my accounts with Kris, one of the bankers. Right when I walked in the door, she warmly greeted me and asked how she could help me. I wasn't even sure exactly what I needed help with, but she managed to help me walk away very satisfied with the professional service I had been offered. She thanked me for coming in and told me to come back if there was anything else I needed help with. That's the sort of service I've come to expect from Wells Fargo and their associates. 5 stars for excelent service!

I have called this bank repeatedly on different days at different times and no one ever answers. Customer Service says the branch is the only entity that can answer my question but they do not pick up. How else am I supposed to contact this location?

I had some money taken out that wasn't from me and they helped me to get it back. They also stopped my card and is sending me a new card.I've been using wells fargo for many years. For me their customer service has always been great. They solve any issues you may have very quickly.Thanks for helping me get my money back that someone else tried to take. I really appreciate it a lot. Keep up the great work.
