I have called this bank repeatedly on different days at different times and no one ever answers. Customer Service says the branch is the only entity that can answer my question but they do not pick up. How else am I supposed to contact this location?

I had some money taken out that wasn't from me and they helped me to get it back. They also stopped my card and is sending me a new card.I've been using wells fargo for many years. For me their customer service has always been great. They solve any issues you may have very quickly.Thanks for helping me get my money back that someone else tried to take. I really appreciate it a lot. Keep up the great work.

Cashiers will just sit and chat nonsense with each other while ignoring a giant line of customers 8 bodies deep. Employees here are walking, talking illustrations of how women’s rights was a mistake

Kris Bunnell absolutely great customer service. Very helpful and professional answered every question and was helpful with setting up my son account. Ask for Kris you want be disappointed.

The directions were weird getting here. I got lost multiple times trying to find an entrance for my car. Was absolutely slow . I was on a delivery for my job and made a deposit for said job at this Wells Fargo because I was in the area. Keep in mind, I was in a rush and was out on this delivery for over an hour just waiting for someone to get my work’s deposit through. Going to the branch at BYU from now on.

Their lobby isn’t open, only the drive through. And the drive through is soooooo slowwww. Maybe it’s time to switch to a new bank

This branch needs to retrain their management personal. It is unacceptable that a manager was un clear on which checks where been deposited to the account and which one was from the actual account. Make sure when you are depositing multiple checks that you not only verbally inform the drive thru manager, in this incident, and also check your receipts to make sure everything was accurately entered into the account.

I have been engaged with a personal banker named Garret Clements. Over the course of our relationship, he has maintained diligence and excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to educate and inform me regarding details of credit card and banking policies. Totally satisfied with WellsFargo banking once again, this is the best WF location in Provo! Yes!!
