I had a terrible experience trying to order some screen printed T-shirts here. After working with the store to place my order, I was told the t-shirts would be ready by a certain date. When that day came, I hadn't heard from them or recieved any promised updates, so I reached out via email. They didn't respond so I called them two days later. They then assured me the order was slightly delayed but under-way and would be ready within a week. I reached out again a week later, still having not heard from them and come to find out they never even started my order and had been lying throughout the process about the order being in production. Huge waste of time, ended up just getting my money back and going somewhere more professional.

I'm the kind of guy who, when looking for someone to do something, reaches out to a lot of people for quotes, answers, and processes. It didn't take long for Wilkinsons communications, processes, and friendliness to convince me they were the best option! I have had an amazing experience working with Natasha and Victoria, and I expect to be working with them for a long time to come.

I was looking for a place to do custom medal engravings for a wedding gift and I needed it to be done very fast. I called Wilkinsons and right off the bat they had amazing customer service and were willing to try and get it done for me in time. I needed them done by Tuesday and they said if I could bring it in Monday they could have it done for me in time (I called on Friday and the item I needed engraved didn’t arrive until Saturday).
They were super positive and kind and did everything I asked for perfectly. They tried to do whatever they could to make it affordable and add discounts even though I was making them do a rush order. When I went to pick it up the next day it wasn’t done yet which was totally fine, but the worker there literally offered to drive the order and deliver it to me when it was done since I couldn’t pick it up myself. The final result was amazing and the bride absolutely loved it. From beginning to end my experience with Wilkinsons was absolutely incredible and I will be recommending them whenever I have the chance.

Great experience! Needed something simple, they were realistic about the outcome of the product and did a test run for me too. Got what I needed quickly and it looked fantastic.

Poor communication through the whole process. Slow to send invoice/cost, slow to send artwork proof. Subsequently it was a long drawn out turnaround time. Ultimately the wrong shirt fabric was handed over to me with the prints already on them. Wilkinsons blamed their supplier and promised to look into it for me but never did and didn't respond to any of my follow up emails.

I had Wilkinson's create a business plaque for me - 9"x12". It turned out beautifully. Not only did they not charge a set-up fee, but they also on charged me $49.21. The local company we have been using for the past year has been charging us anywhere from $99 to $120. This makes me very happy. We will be using Wilkinson's going forward.

We are a non-profit with a limited staff and finances. We were in a pinch and Sayori and the Wilkinson's team helped us turn around a large batch of shirts for an event very quickly. They responded promptly to all inquiries and did a professional job. We highly recommend them for your business' or personal needs.

I have been using Wilkinson's for about a year and a half when I was visiting Utah and droive by their store. Since then they have made several plaques for me. Their work is outstanding. On one particular job I went back and forth, making some changes and they were very patient with me and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The people are all super nice and very pleaseant to work with. I highly recommend Wilkinson's. They are in Provo, UT and I am n South Florida so distance is not an obstacle.
