I bought a second wedding ring tonight after my first one was stolen. Jess helped us and she was perfect. She was both charming and knowledgeable. Easy-going and kind. I adore her. I'm so thankful that this experience lived up to what I always wanted it to be!! I flew in from New York after seeing Emily's TikTok page (@epotter.wilsondiamonds). Emily did such an amazing job showcasing every ring and showing the unique features each ring has to offer through her platform. Her videos reassured me that this was the jewelry store that would met all of my needs in a rings. When I flew down there with my sister and boyfriend, we were super excited and Emily did a great job matching our energy. I'm so blessed that I was paired with someone who was knowledgeable, patient and fun. From the start, she reassured me that I could try on every ring in the store if that's what I wanted. Trust me when I say you can't get this treatment anywhere. Overall, if I had to do it all over again, I would always choose Wilson Diamonds with Emily Potter as my engagement ring specialist, and I would recommend that you do so too :) !!!!!

We got my ring at Wilson’s 17 years ago. We had a wonderful experience then and continue to have wonderful experiences every time I take it in for a cleaning and check. They are always friendly, prompt, and return it looking as good as new.

I’ve had my ring for 10 years and still love it! A small diamond did recently fall out. I live out of town, but was able to ship it to get fixed. I was surprised how quickly Wilson’s was able to take care of it, and at a great price!. I’ll also note they were very thorough in keeping me updated on the repair and shipping process.

Emma from Wilson Diamonds was very helpful in getting my watch and ring repaired. My watch had several loose stones. They replaced and reset them and they look like new. My ring also had loose stones and had to be resized. They were nice, listened to me, and did a beautiful job and I would give them even more than 5 stars if I could. Excellent people and service!
