We use Auto Zone for many of our parts purchases. Unfortunately an alternator failed after only a year and two months. We were traveling through Mesquite, AZ and purchased another. Love that lifetime guarantee! Once installed it showed charging, but eight hours later it too failed. By then we were near Scipio, UT. One employee heard I had horses in the trailer, and she got permission to drive the replacement alternator to us. Wow! That was so appreciated. It was on her lunch break and at least a half hour drive each way. Thank you, thank you!

Our engine light came on as we were approaching Richfield. The test indicated a problem with the Mass Air Flow Sensor. But Christine, the manager, saw that the real problem was a loose air filter. She secured the filter in a minute and insisted we not pay her. She was outstanding. Thank you again Christine and Autozone!

Well I am kinda no I am really upset and confused so I got a part today. And it coasted me 90$ above the price and tax cuz I broke down I called because o.e of the first things you see on there add on the website is we got same day delivery and when I call they told me no we don't deliver so I had to pay someone 50$ to just pick it up in Richfield and drop it off in Salina right off the freeway. So what is really going on here I am confused is every

Nick (& associates) helped me out big time! On a roadtrip with the family and had a CEL which tripped my 4wd system. I suspected a faulty gas cap. Naturally, I came in 10 min before closing time asking them to check the code. Not even a wince or groan came out when I asked and they obliged. A quick code confirmation, sale of a replacement gas cap, and cleared the code. Even had a few minutes to chat with me. Best service! Can’t say thank you enough!

Kyle is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had a car problem on a roadtrip passing through and he found and solved the problem within minutes. I would have been slightly doomed otherwise as it was Sunday. I am so thankful for his assistance today. Thank you again Kyle ?
