I was driving through town and my check engine light came on. I stopped at Big O and they were very fast in getting me in and even worked with me having a trailer. I had my code diagnosed and everything explained to me and was on my way within 15 minutes.

Our Kia Sorento broke down outside of Green River, Utah and AAA towed us to Richfield, Utah to replace the Differential that went out.
We decided to get New Tires as that is recommended with a Differential. A mile North of the garage was Big O’s Tires. We met with the owner, he ordered the tires and the following day drove down to the garage and picked up our existing tires, replaced, balanced and returned the tires to the Garage. If we could give Troy Christiansen 10 Stars for a review, we would! Service and Friendliness beyond expectations!

Superb tire/repair shop! They will expertly fix what needs fixed and flat out tell you, when it doesn’t need fixed! Tire prices meet/beat Amazon. Company has incredible social responsibility donating heavily to local causes. Highly recommend!

If you are a woman mechanically educated or not take a man with you Or just go somewhere else completely. They gave me a list of things that were wrong and a list of the parts needed and the cost of them. Purchased the parts and took it to another mechanic, Nothing was wrong with the areas stated and the parts were not needed.

Driving from LA to Denver and my tire was bubbling. Came to big o tires and Chayden & team were not only so friendly — they were also extremely knowledgeable and made me feel confident in their recommendations and abilities. So grateful for them for making my car safe to drive again. Everyone in Richfield is sooo friendly! Thank you!
