Around the beginning September I bought 3 major appliances from The Home Depot that were supposed to be deliverer at the beginning of Oct. They called a few days before the delivery date to tell me they would get there until Dec 3rd! The whole reason I went with then over Costco in the first place was that they would deliver and actually get there sooner than if I bought from Costco. Let's just say we were ready to move in. So I call and spend 3 hours getting 2 of the 3 appliances only 3 weeks late instead of 2 months late. Still waiting on a stove. To do this they had to refund me for 2 of those and I bought them again with the assurance that I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. That was Sept. 26. I still haven't received the refund. I've called and texted at least ten times and have been given the run around. They have an IT ticket in on it and have been working "tirelessly" on my issue is what I'm told...I told them to tack on $400 for the interest accumuting on my card while I've been waiting for them to refund me. I'm also turning this in as fraud if it's not taken care of by Friday. It's been beyond ridiculous so now I'm taking it to social media so everyone can see how home depot treats "valued customers".

Picked up a wonderful selection of specialist series WD-40s and an 800 lumen flashlight that performs amazingly! Lots of orange vests in a mostly empty place - very helpful!

The assistant manager Ryan happens to be the biggest peace of s*** I've ever met. Don't waste your time with those racist a** Mormons in that f***** up state. Fool needs to lose his job just for being a b***** Racists backwoods hicks. He threatens job security and acts like he owns the employees there. I'll never going back to that dumbass town or that f***** up state. Someone should call their upper management and let them know that it's they're violating work labor laws with what they pull there.

Worst service ever. Ordered some cabinets and they came the wrong color. Also they weren’t done correctly. And are expecting us to pay to re paint them and fix them after they screwed on them, I have done three houses with them but never again!!

Home Depot does not stand there carpet spent $7,000.00 for carpet 1 year path in the bedroom to bath room mohawk carpet said that was normal and they would not pay for it it took a year to even get a answer I will never go to Home Depot again

My favorite HD to shop. Never too busy and there is always help when needed. I've had numerous employees help me load stuff into my car like at a grocery store.

We bought a French door refrigerator at the store in Richfield UT. The delivery people, one woman and a tired out man refused to bring it in our house. We told the salesman we had stairs and was assured that it would not be a problem. Not only were the delivery people rude but they broke our water line pulling our old refrigerator out. The color was wrong, it wasn't delivered or installed and we are left with a broken water line!!!
