It was okay I guess I just moved here figured I’d get my taxes done everything felt really off. So I just told Jennifer to stop doing my taxes load and behold. My h&r tax pro from Colorado already found huge mistakes she had made! I suggest you get your w2s checked by someone else if she made mistakes on mine I’m sure some of yalls are incorrect! I’ll stay with my own H&R Block back in Colorado

Went to hr for business taxes. Met with Trisha heft, we gave her all of our forms and statements, we unfortunately missed the first quarter and she told us it’s fine we will do it with the second quarter. We tried to contact her to get those finalized and get in track and they are closed. She never informed us they would be closing after regular tax season. Called multiple stores with no help and now receiving warning letters from the government. Don’t use these guys, or maybe just don’t use Trisha heft.

Excellent staff and customer service. They are very knowledge, skilled, and professional. I got all of my questions answered and in ways that made sense to me and that I understood. I normally do my taxes on my own at home, but this year, of course, was a little different. But Tiffany was very patient, courteous, professional, and helpful. She was also very much a delight to work with.
