This O’Reilly was amazing! When High Country Chevy dealership couldn’t be bothered they came through. My husband and I were stranded in Utah and we needed help fixing our truck and no one would help us but this store did. They were amazing! We can not thank you enough!

Terrible I purchase a part my truck I even paid the extra money to have it delivered yesterday they said it was there when I went to pick it up it was not there it wasn't going to come in ttill the 25th I said I wanted a refund on my purchase and they refused to pay back my shipping and handling fee even though it was their fault that's the part was not there on the day they said it would be

The employees are awesome. I own a fleet of trucks and spent over $60,000 here in the past 12 months. But today I paid $8 for about a foot of 3/8 fuel line and for some reason that got me. I’ll never step foot in O’Reillys again. We’ll just start ordering parts online. I needed 3 1 foot sections of fuel line. I bought the others two from Ace for $3.

They ordered my exhaust part for me and it will be there for me to pick up next Wednesday. Luck there is no hurry to fix the Jeep.
