They’ve done a very good job on some of my family’s dogs but it would be nice if they would answer there phone so you could make an appointment I’ve called five times and no one’s answered.

There hasn't been one time that they havent work with me to get my Willow in for a cut. They are always happy to see her. She looks amazing everytime I pick her up. I would highly recommend them for your grooming needs!!!

If there was a place to give them minus stars I would. Worst costumer service. Made an appointment and they were not there and said it was my mistake but i called no one answered but she could sure text and say it was my fault. I was there 5 minutes early. Never taking my dog there again.Called and left voice mail 2 hours later I get a text. yes i said something to the secretary how hard is it for her to CALL she sure could text.

Jason is so AWESOME! Bella looks FABULIUS AND WASN'T TRAUMATIZED LIKE SHE WAS THE ONE AND ONLY TIME SHE WAS WHEN I TOOK HER TO THE LAST PLACE!!! Thank YOU Jason! I am going to be a frequent return customer! YOU ROCK!!!
