lived here for almost a year. was ok at first but quickly became unacceptable. the walls are very thin, you can literally hear your neighbors fart. its a group of old crack heads that stay up all night in and out of each others room. the shower had black mold. there is no way to cook and we got in trouble for using a hot plate. the parking lot is horrible and will damage your car if not careful. most of the tenants smoke weed outside under the gazebo and you can smell it pooring out of the rooms even the front office smells like a dispensary the maintenance man is very rude and leaves cigarette butts on peoples window sills. the "manager" karly is very rude and unprofessional. she curses and screams and slanders her tenents while robbing them blind. we asked them to fix issues and got kicked out instead. they rent it out as a "studio apartment" even tho there is no kitchen or kitchenette. they do a 29 day lease because they arent supposed to accept extended stays. its scandalous. $800 a month to live in a closet... STAY AWAY! this is a roach invested dump ran by a slumlord. basically a retirement home for tweakers.

Honestly, Karly is cool, and worked with us multiple times, which we appreciate. However, the reason for the one star - which I would put as 0 stars if I could- is the on site manager. She does nothing but use people until they don't want to be walked on anymore, and then she does her best to make it just like high school. She will lie, spread rumors, and talk negatively about you in anyway she can, to whomever will listen. A friend of ours was recently made to put his Esa of 10 years down because of her lies. I DO NOT recommend staying here. Go to the apple tree if you need an extended stay, at least they're up front if they don't like you.
