Staff is always polite. Its pretty clean for a gas station. I'm in there regularly and there's a toddler running around the store and playing at least once a week that belongs to someone thats in there working and I don't think that's very professional or safe in a business.
Other than that issue I really like the store and the staff.

0 out of 10 rating /went in to Topstop in Richfield at about 8am July 4th morning decided to go in and buy some snacks and a drink the older lady working behind the counter was a total b**** she didn't even have the looks to be a batch at all she shouldn't be working there at all if I was the manager I would fire her I wouldn't want someone so ugly and rude turning business away from the store I don't plan on ever spending any of my money there ever again. So I suggest going somewhere else to get treated better and don't have to look at that and get scared or sick first thing in the morning Have a happy 4th of July 2021

Horrible woman working there.Nastiest temperament I’ve ever met.Extremely rude and snatched product from my hand as she told me to leave the store as I had forgotten my mask. Will definitely find another place to spend my money.

Have had issues with the Manager at theis place. The assistant Manager also gives customers hard time the other employees are are nicer then the Managers at this place.

Came from out of town and wanted a drink so I went here to top stop. Went back to refill it later that afternoon and was told because I didn't show the cashier that I was filling it up again I was going to be charged full price. This is bs. I would have just gone somewhere else to get a drink. The customer should always be right. I will not be coming back here ever again!!
