Any negative comments or reviews you might see for these guys are coming from obvious “Karens or Chads” who would give their own mother a one star rating!
Believe it or not, mechanics are humans too, they don’t always get the diagnosis right the first time. Some repairs only come from a process of elimination. I’m tired of people being “Google experts“ and thinking they know more than a real professional mechanic. I could list their names, but I think if you scroll down, you’ll find them on your own and make the same conclusions I have.

Anyway, about my service today… after several quotes that came back high and Wal Mart telling me they couldn’t do it, Pearson Tire offered to help me and had my tires mounted and balanced in less than an hour! These were tires I had bought elsewhere and just needed them mounted and balanced.

When the job was done and I went to ask how much I owed them, the manager Dylan said it was on the house!!! This great, compassionate human went far beyond what he needed to do and “just made things right” after a frustrating few days of me trying to find a place to help me.

While I was leaving, there was an older gentleman who came back to pick up a loose wheel/tire needing a flat repair done. He asked Dylan how much it would cost and he said, “Don’t worry about it!” Who does that? How do these guys make any money! lol

No, but really, they have made a lifetime customer out of me and I would recommend them to anyone. They are honest, fair and compassionate over profits and it shows… they truly want to help their customers!!!

“Our battery died. After we got a jump we took it in to Big O to get a new battery. Cal tested the battery and told us it was a really good battery and he’d love to sell us a new one but we really didn’t need it and it was likely that a light was left on. The honesty from a car place was refreshing and I appreciate his honesty and that he stepped away to let me and my husband discuss if we still wanted a new battery or not.
