Kaycee (spelling may be wrong) is absolutely amazing!! She figures everything how to fix my problem in a heart beat. Highly recommend this store and ask for Kaycee if you’re having problems!

Keenan was so helpful with my purchase yesterday. I wasn't sure how I was going to load it and he took care of loading it. I didn't plan to go in there for such a big purchase because I had no idea how I would get it in my car. But now my husband is going to be stoked for his birthday present! Thank you Keenan

Giving 3 stars because the receiver is always awesome here and I've been coming here on and off for months to deliver their product and always show up on Sunday for a Monday 5 am appointment which they usually unload so as not to have to unload in the dark. But today I got here on Sunday like I always do and the receiver wasn't here yet so instead I had to deal with an obnoxious rude little girl who treated me like I wasn't worth speaking with. Apparently she only works on Sunday and has been rude to others in the past. All I was trying to do was find out if I needed to shut my truck down and wait for the morning appointment. Instead she just walks off mid conversation. This was the first time I had ever seen her there and would love it if it was the last. She needs a lesson in etiquette and how to treat people. This isn't the kind of behavior I've ever gotten from any employee of tractor supply. Always a really good experience until today. I hope she reads this and realizes what a complete ignorant obnoxious person she is and maybe treats people alot better than she did me. This isn't the behavior I expect when delivering tractor supply much needed goods. I don't think this is the kind of employee that makes tractor supply a very good company. She should at the very least be reprimanded.

I stopped to refill my propane tank. Keenan came out to assist me. He was very professional, friendly, but also carried that 40 pound tank out to my RV. Also Savannah, who I later paid, was super sweet and very friendly..

I understand that the people at the store have no control, but TDC has been know for a long time to fill RV onboard propane cylinders. This store DOES NOT. Makes a person look for a Cal Ranch.

General manager was very rude. Paid for a dog kennel and while trying to load it she refunded us and said we couldn’t take it. Don’t know if she was holding it for somebody or what.
