We had a very nice lady call to confirm our reservation 2 days ago. We arrive today and Philip is very rude and snippy. He has a very hard time explaining the information he is requesting and is demanding a address of delivery despite my reservation already having the info.

We had a tire blow out on the rental car hauler late at night, Mike showed up as quick as possible and was very polite and friendly. I am disabled and was no help but he got us back on the road quickly!! A+ service! U-Haul contacted roadside service quickly and called periodically until they showed up just to make sure we were doing ok. Great experience to an otherwise rough night. Great job team!!

The Richfield staff were incredible. They set us up with the most affordable plan that met all of our needs. They were fun, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience.

Could not have asked for a better experience. We rented trucks twice from them and with the second rental also got a storage unit. We've worked with 5-6 different employees and each one has been professional, helpful, courteous, and generous. They are upbeat, easy going and make a dreaded task a whole lot easier. The storage unit is clean and in excellent condition. We couldn't be happier and while we hope to never move again, if we have to, these are the ones for us!

The U box semi truck delivery driver Annie out of las vegas nv was amazing. she really went above and beyond to get all 9 of our u boxes picked up at once. she even called her bosses and was able to work it out. she was extremely friendly, funny and probably the most helpful worker I've dealt with in a very long time it was very refreshing. I hope her bosses get to see this as she deserves some acknowledgement from her management team. again ty Annie for making a very stressful time a little bit easier.

Yesterday I was at this store for a hitch installation. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. While I went and paid for the service, I'll have to buy the taillights for my minivan. As soon as I walked out to the parking lot and checked, both were cracked. They're both new; they're not even five months old. I went to Mr. Philip Withlock, the store manager and person who performed the installation, to show him. He told me he had documented that both were like that. I asked him where he documented it. He didn't respond and fixed the loose taillight. It's really frustrating.

Phil is amazing to work with whenever we have been in to ask questions or make a purchase. We also love how we recently pulled some stuff from storage and the facility seems very clean.

Really disappointed. Last time I bought boxes, a female worker offered to help me load them but I had 2 guys with me to help so I didn't need it. Today, I sent my daughter to get 20 mediums and she was not offered any help. The guy, Porter, just pointed to them and said there you go. Didn't offer a cart or anything to help her. She's just over 5ft tall so while they weren't terribly heavy, they were hard to carry because of the shape. Her arms aren't long enough. He's no gentleman, that's for sure. Boss needs to train better.
