This branch is terrible. They went months without opening the drive through. Now I went to deposit cash into my bank account and they want my ID and a verification code. It's a cash deposit. I should only need the account number it's going in to make a deposit of cash. Wells Fargo is going downhill fast and thus why I move more and more of my banking to my credit union. I only stay with them because my first CC was with them and holds my credit history.

Just went inside to make a deposit and they wouldnt let me uae their restroom. Taking ALL money out tomorrow!! Mary was the teller and she never once said hello or cracked a smile. Very unprofessional teller and manager. Manager came over and said in an emergency they would let me use it. Yeah right now they have one?

I absolutely love this bank. I've baked there for about 15 years. I've always been treated well. The tellers are so friendly. I'm super pleased to bank with them. I highly recommend this bank.

So slow, they only have 2 people working always, every time I go there it's 30 minutes. I don't personally bank through them but my work does and every day I have to go drop off deposits and get change.

The Richfield Wells Fargo location has been so helpful when I’ve called with questions and they take their time explaining to me how things work ! I’ve called and visited branches in utah county and have always ended up leaving the branch and calling Richfield location because I know they will answer and help answer my questions ! Thanks for being so great !!:)

VERY poor service. Refused to give me change for large bill's to ones and fives because I didn't have an account there. Isn't that part of a bank's business? Stay away from this bank brand
