I wasn’t very pleased with the service I got from these guys, I took my dog in that had some issues with internal bleeding, and without doing any sort of blood work or scans, they put my dog under and basically just sent me off with some meds. Day later he wasn’t getting any better so the vet told me it’s time to start thinking of his quality of life an maybe it’s time to put him down.
I wasn’t gonna take that for an answer so I got a second opinion and come to find out after all the blood work and scans my new vet told me the medication’s he was taking was only making it worst, they took my dog in and found out what was wrong and starting working on it an got on top of my dogs health! Not once did they say it’s time to put him down.
If your animals are family members like they are in my family do not bring them here…

They charge $382 to get a cat fixed at this establishment. They do wonderful work. I’m not denying that but another vet not too much further charges $122 for the same surgery. It is my fault for not doing my research. I’m not denying that, I but think that that big of a difference Almost feels like they are charging a little bit more to help pay for that addition on their building

many people have told me nothing but good things about this place but with my experience we lost our cat earlier in the year and came here after it happened and he was very unsympathetic monotone when I was trying to tell him what was going on with the cat his only response was well that could be a lot of things then gave us about 5 minutes to decide if we wanted to dispose of our loved one if we wanted a cremate him it was very expensive also if we wanted to do an autopsy on him it would have been even more expensive. It's been a couple months since this happened but we have since gotten a new kitty and it's time to get him fixed and I will definitely be going somewhere else because of the way I was treated by that doctor. I'm sitting there crying my eyes out because I just lost my best friend and incomes Ben Stein to very bluntly tell me sorry ?♂️ to top it all off we did get him cremated I only got his box back day engraved the wrong name on it! Would not recommend

We brought our cat in for emergency care, and they took good care of her.
We have brought our other cats in and received the same great care.
Prices are reasonable.

I am so very grateful to Dr. Cliff and Kylie, and everyone else in the office, that helped take such great care of my dog Scout. He has his teeth cleaned and polished, and they even put a sealant on his teeth. They took measurements, and calculated his optimal weight, and made recommendations on dog food. They checked his thyroid levels, and increased his thyroid medicine. Extremely thorough! I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this vet! I wish that I could remember all of your names to thank you individually. Thank you again to all of you!

We have had great care from this clinic for our turtle, cats, dogs, sheep, horses, cows, chickens, and ducks. The Dr's truly try their best and are constantly training their staff to improve. They care about their patients and clients. They continue to take educational classes to improve their abilities to provide the best care. We will not take them anywhere else.

I called with a question about a stray cat. The receptionist attempted to make an appointment today at 4:30, informing me that it would be an urgent care visit for an additional $85. Because it is a stray, it will take time to catch it, so I declined the appointment. I asked a question about cost of a visit and was told that they would probably just send me home with some shampoo to give it a bath myself. Huh…. This clinic was going to charge me an additional $85 to drive to Richmond to sell me shampoo and send me home to bath a stray in my own tub. This tells me that their integrity is worth about $85.

Would not recommend. They administered a dog vaccine to my kitten on accident. When I confronted the vet about it (who decided to check the chart a month later), he admitted they had not checked and had let an intern do it. A freaking dog vaccine to a kitten. Additionally, I had requested to have him microchipped during his neutering procedure both verbally and on the intake form and they failed to do it. I was the one who noticed, not having seen it charged on my receipt. They had absolutely no record of whether or not it had been done at all so I had to drive back for them to try and scan his neck to see if he had been microchipped. Poor baby was also totally soaked in urine when I picked him up (risking infection to the surgery area) so I really question their overall practice. I will never take any animal to them ever again

Dr Cliff Mitchell I have to say thank you to he took care of my dog so good I was all worried about him we did an emergency visit Dr Cliff Mitchell took care of my dog excellently he explain to me everything he was doing so that I would understand excellent service would definitely recommend to my other friends who own animals thanks again guys also a shout out to the staff they are awesome and always happy to see me

Their phone is awful busy. Very friendly and helpful. I have used both their vet services as well as grooming services. Prices and quality of services very appreciated.
