The agent I spoke with was nice.. your service itself is horrible, it's a nightmare, it's highway robbery but your company is doing it by the rules.. you over charge water. It's just 1 person live in my apartment but i have to share payments with the entire complex, that's stupid. The sewer and trash it looks so UGLY in front of the complex. Thats the first thing you see, the Trash. That's also stupid.. the trash when weighted, we have to pay a a percentage of what it weighs, that's robbery. I'm just disappointed in all that.. I like my apartment and yes I have to deal with the over charging. But this company should be ashamed. IT'S JUST ALL SO WRONG!

Terrible billing system.Combining electrical bills for several months into one bill and demanding immediate payment.Very poor customer service.if service was not invloved with house.i will never use their service.

Better website and customer service when i call, their system never matches website. Website makes it difficult to pay my bill. I set up auto pay but for some reason payments never came out like they should.

Nothing was resolved no one returned a phonecall when we were disconnected and no one knew was smart enough to understand the complexity of the issue. Asked for a Supervisor after holding the 2nd time for 15 minutes and they refused! Horrible customer service!

I had a question regarding my utility bill. The teller was clueless and didn't know really any detail about it and told me he will send me an email explaining my bill which he didn't!

Called customer service to get set up for the first time. The representative couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Stayed on the phone, walked me through everything and answered all my questions. He deserves to be nominated for "employee of the week"!!!!!

Asking why we have to pay 2 different prices for water ? Hot water and water under separate names ?! Not a right answer . They are careless.Don't waste your time to contact them the rep had awful attitude over the phone and couldn't have a meaningful response . Waist of time,OMG.

My utilities bill just increased dramatically like by 1/3 of previous bills. When I called to ask about the change, the agent had no answer and didn't even try to help figure out why.

Our water and sewer bill keeps going up as of this current cycle the sewer bill double for the entire population at Laurel Oaks We should not have to pay this overcharge since the mistake was not by the tenants but by the computerization this is the second time this type of things has happened this year of overcharges that are not explained
