I went to the Clinton store and was told that I could not activate my SIM card and then I called Riverdale to confirm and they said that they would be able to help me. I went down there and within 10 minutes, They fixed the problem for me! Huge shout out to Austin and Jake

I've been a customer of AT&ts for over 10 years. I brought in my phone for the trade-in and I just barely missed the 30-day window and there was nothing AT&t could do to help me out. I'm a very loyal person. AT&t handles my business and personal accounts, but after this I think I believe I'm changing services. I was in there for over an hour and spoke to five different AT&t representatives over the phone and nothing got resolved. It was an honest mistake missing the 30 day window to turn in my old device. Work has been crazy busy but at&t didn't care, if you miss that window tough luck.

I stopped by this location to drop off my old nasty Verizon phones for the trade in on my new AT&T plan I had just swapped over to. I did my new plan at Costco, but they did not care I am now a AT&T person, and they took great care of me. They helped ensure all of my phones were reset and taken off of the find me app. Then I was also educated. They taught me if you have old phones on your find my app you might just want to go ahead and delete them and only leave the ones you are currently using on there. I am a long time iPhone user, and I have a lot of different iPhones on my find my app this may take a while to delete them all but will be worth it in the future. While we waited to get all the phones reset, we talked with the reps in the store, and they are worth the time to talk to and can teach you things you may or may not have known about your phone plan and the phone you are using. BTW the guys that were working this morning deserve a raise it is hard to find good customer service like we received today.

Came in today and had the most unprofessional service I have ever had. I was addressed by an individual for one, didn't look professional at the least and then with an attitude of: I don't want to help you at the least. After calling AT&T they directed us to go see the store and when I told them my situation which was a $400 bill I was met with a complete lack of care. I was told I couldn't be helped because my name wasn't on the account but not in a polite customer service way at all. It wasn't a: Hey you are not on the account but let me show you how or what you need to do it was : I can't help you out at all and with sass, so I started to laugh because I was so frustrated to be directed from customer service and then to this store and then no one still would help. I was simply told: You can laugh all you want but this is how it is. I said it's not you with the $400 bill and being directed every where but help. I said even though I can prove it comes out of my account and I pay for it he simply said: Well I pay for Donald Trump and that doesn't mean that I can go visit him. Very derogatory. I told him just look at the last name, how many with my last name do you think have this last name and he said well I know a lot of people in Portugal with that name and then he started speaking to me in Portuguese, why I don't know but we aren't in Portugal, we are in Ogden Utah. Very derogatory, not even close to friendly in approach or demeanor, not sympathetic in any way or kind. It didn't appear that he was ever taught any customer service skills at all and how to help in any kind of nice, kind and understanding way. I went to the store down the street and got the complete different reaction. Was more like, I can see why you are frustrated and that makes complete sense. I can't help from my end but let's call customer service with me and I can help get you to the right person and we can get this worked out and he did. I felt like a valued customer and not someone who he wanted no part of. I needed help and the last feeling I ever felt from that guy was that he wanted to help. Just get rid of me. Completely, and totally disrespected.

One of the sale guys with the glasses, there told me he was hooking me up with a business account that would be $60 a month plus the installment plan should be about $105 a month he told me. I got my first bill $280. And I found out my monthly plan was $100 business account. I also brought my phone in to trade and they didn’t give me any receipt or anything like that. I don’t even know if it really got sent in. He was very sketchy and not to personable. He lied and that was not cool.
