“Kevin Widas deserves 10 stars. He went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful situation. When your vehicle breaks down and you are stranded far from home, you need someone willing to help, not someone who simply says no.
Although the coolant reservoir hose we needed was not available in stock, Kevin found a suitable remnant hose that allowed us to get our vehicle safely back home to California from Utah.
What impressed me even more was that he didn't stop there. He came outside and helped us with the repair in the parking lot, providing guidance and assistance throughout the process with the tools and resources available. He genuinely cared about helping us solve the problem and get back on the road.
Kevin took a stressful situation and turned it into a positive experience. His professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help reflect exceptionally well on AutoZone.
