I was shopping for pants for my grandson and there was no dressing room and no public bathroom for kids to use. The cashier was very rude, no smile whatsoever, she looked so miserable. I will never shop there again.

We came into Carters today to do some school shopping for our boys. Everything was going great and my sons were excited to check out the t-shirts there. While we were trying to pick out what they liked, an employee approached us and started making suggestions and interjected in our conversation. I kindly informed her that I was aware of the information that she was sharing and continued shopping. I didn't need help nor did I ask for it. She approached us twice more and kept making suggestions and I felt like I was being smothered. It became uncomfortable for me. I got even more uncomfortable when she started talking to my 9 year old son while ignoring me. Her lack of awareness and inability to read the room is very concerning. There were at least 8 other customers, most of which also had kids, in the store, but she never went to them. She just seemed fixated on me and my sons. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. To say that I am bothered by this experience is an understatement. What should have been a fun day of school shopping ended up being a horrible experience. Please address and correct this poor attempt of customer service.

I went in yesterday to buy some clothes for my 2-year-old and I heard a lot of unprofessionalism and rude language. I believe the store manager was being really rude to her coworkers! I was very upset for them because I could tell they did not deserve that treatment. That manager needs to be retrained or fired! I wish I could leave a zero-star review for that manager on Google, but unfortunately, I cannot.

The girl at the counter was impersonal and rude. I would not want her to be the face of my retail establishment. WILL NOT SHOP HERE IN THE FUTURE.

I haven't been to this store for a while, but I stopped in to get some clothes real quick for my kids. My 5 year old was doing the potty dance and I recalled using their bathroom in the past, so I showed my 5 year old where it was. She did her business and came out quickly. Just a few seconds later the manager walked up to me and shamed me for allowing my daughter through the back door with out an employee. I apologized, saying I was unaware of that policy. The manager continued to lecture me about how dangerous it is and how it is against their rules. If you do not want customers to use your bathroom, then put up a sign letting us know to request bathroom use! She berated me for far too long! I understood my mistake immediately and apologized, but she wouldn't let it go. If my daughter hadn't needed a change of clothes so badly I would have left without a purchase. I will not be back!

Cute clothes and toys. The lady working seemed like she was consciously trying super hard to be really nice and friendly. Maybe she saw all the negative reviews here. Anyhow, I had a good experience shopping here. Their prices compete with target too which surprised me.

Manager is very rude, always rushing people and rude to kids, not very helpful when it comes to asking her a question.Seems like she doesn't want to help customers. It was the evening shift manager on a Thursday 10/13/22 definitely not coming back to this place

The manager Cidra was so rude and racist. For a person of color who grew up in the area. A person that has worked in retail in this area. And knowing that her store manager was in the store with during her shift on Easter weekend. If I was her I would have excellent customer service skills. Cidra caused for this story to lose out on money today. and we will be contacting the district manager Monte about her lack of costumer skills. She should be ashamed of the way she treated us.

Walked into the store and was the only customer there. There were 4 employees standing there doing nothing and ignored me while I stood at the register waiting for assistance. When I told them that I was just there to pick up an order, they rudely asked what name it was under. The employee reluctantly walked to the back for no more that two seconds and stated that the order was not there. When I asked if they could check to see if maybe it was there under a different name they quickly stated it was not there. Appalling customer service. All four employees should be ashamed of themselves.
