“I needed a hair cut. My hair was getting moppish, and all over the place as it does, and I usually go to great clips which is fine, but I wanted to something a little extra, and I noticed that JCPenney still has a salon, so I went there. I think calling it glorious might be overstating it a little bit, but I came out of there feeling cute! I don't feel cute often, so this was fun. My stylist was so cute, and so pleasant, I wish I could remember her name, but she just gave me the best haircut/experience I've had in a while. I'm going to be going back, and I'm going to tell all my friends. Thank you, it feels good to feel cute!”
