WOW! Faith in humanity restored! For the first time in my life I went in from a nail I could see in my tire and they plugged the nail and I left spending zero dollars. No BS sales pitch. No one telling me they cant fix it when it can clearly be plugged. Just straight up good guys. Im honestly impressed. Thank you Max and homie at the front desk!

I have used Discount Tire since I moved here from NY in 2016. Sometimes there's a wait, but they are busy because they are good! Wouldn't use any other tire store.

Working to get to a resolution...
My vehicle was lifted improperly and damaged the quarter panel, pinch weld and floor. Discount / America's Tire customer for close to 30+ years. First time I have had an issue. Their claim company Fleet Response isn't worth the paper it is printed on.
All my vehicles and tires have been through DT and most through Riverdale in the last 10-15 years. I hope we can find resolution with DT. If you have to deal with Fleet Response, don't waste your time.

It took my son several visits to get his car taken care of. The first was his fault. The next ones weren't.
They ordered a full set of tires and told him what day/time they'd be there and made an appt. Day of the appt he went in and only 2 of the 4 were there. Nobody called/text to let him know. Wasted trip. Next day again nobody called. He eventually went in. While waiting his turn the lady in front of him wasn't happy. She had dropped off her vehicle and was told it would take a couple hours and they'd call her. After several hours she went to the store and her car had been done for awhile.
My son dropped off the wheels. Never received a call they were done. Several hours later we went to pick his tires up. Nobody was in the office to greet us. After what seemed like while a guy popped in. We paid and they brought the tires out to the truck.
2 stars because the 2 guys who brought the tires out were nice. Thank you.

Great customer service. Make an appointment. You will be out within an hour. Walk ins are welcome but the wait is longer. Overall this is my favorite go to for tires. Best Price, friendly service.

They tell you a time then push you back hours for other people. Make sure to make appointment cause they don’t know how to time manage at all here been here for 3 hrs now waiting for a tire rotation. Come on guys it’s not that hard. But I’m not buying anything just using my free rotation that came with the tires I bought so money comes first here services you already paid for a pushed back. Focus better on your customer who spent money already if you want a return customer.

We came after the store had closed. Jacob still took the time to repair a screw in our tire! Highly recommend. Ask for Jacob he will hook you up.

I highly recommend this place for your tire needs. I came two days in a row to try to get a small tire pressure leak fixed. Both days, I have received outstanding customer service. My customer service experience was handled by Jason. I have received fast and professional service here. This place is handicap accessible. Beverages are available to customers. A nice open layout for customers to hangout and wait for services to be completed. I will say, the air in the waiting area smells of tire rubber. The waiting area is a nice cool temperature that feels great even in the summer time. This place is within walking distance to other businesses.
I give this place a high review due to outstanding customer service, calm and friendly environment, and high level of professionalism. I highly recommend this place and will be a returning customer!!!!

Learned from experience today:
When they say "Here is a 2PM appointment" what they mean is "Just come at 2 PM because we don't know how to set appointments correctly in our software system."
When they say "It will be 90 minutes", what they mean is "You'll watch your car sit in our parking lot for over 90 minutes before we start working on it."
When they say "Appointments get higher priority", what they mean is "You will watch walk-ins come in an hour after you and leave a half hour before you."
When they say "We'll call for you when your car is done", what they mean is "We'll just drop your bag with keys in our cubby, it's your responsibility to see that we're done and to come ask for your keys"
