Worked with them in the past and good things but this time I called in and asked for the same small logos on my past truck for my new one because I'm leaving town and need them on the jobsite. They said they would have them finished next week. I call next week and they said they emailed me to see if I approved which I never received and they said on the phone they would have them done. The guy told me he could have them done this week if I went and approved the email. Still no email, so I. All ba k and ask if I can just approve over the phone and I got told yes but now it was another week out lmao! Thanks for not trying to fix your mistake.

I sent in pictures. Just to get 4 inch stencils. I don’t think they wanted to make them. He said they weren’t flat. What the heck. He was wanting to pay extra $30 per pic. Lol. My friend can do them and she’s not a business. But I decided to go to stencil monkey. Sent them the same pictures as I sent fastsigns already have my proofs. It cost me $100 for 6 stencils. They do an excellent job also. I had some done before but I was hoping to get someone close. Very disappointed in fastsigns.

For the Autorama Car Show in SALT Lake City I had a floor display sign and banner made that was better than expected. Fast Signs in Roy owner, Customer Service, and techs were upbeat and so helpful. Cost was quite nominal compared to other outlets. I'll be back!

I work for a large manufacturing facility in Ogden. I ordered an 8 x 3 sign. The sign had a cover on it so I really could not see the quality of the sign until I hung it and pulled the cover off. Once it was hung, the quality was terrible. Bubbles throughout the sign. I called and spoke to an employee, and they told me I would have to bring the sign back and that there are no guarantees that there would not be bubbles. Spent over $1k. He said they would not charge me to fix it. Terrible customer service and poor quality. The unfortunate thing for FastSigns is we will be needing many more signs in the facility due to a remodel. They had a chance to earn our business. Costly mistake.
