Wanted to trade a game and controller for credit and the staff there were very helpful. The employee Tyler was very professional and detailed would definitely shop there again.

The red head girl working at the counter today November 25th at 5:45 pm. Very very rude. Came by to buy some stuff and shop around and she asked me excuse me to walk by and the second time she breath very hard like annoyed of me like if I was a bother. Very rude. I am not a bother, I a customer that was going to spend money. But I decided to put all I was going to buy and leave. Sad she ruined a sale for GameStop. She shouldn’t work retail and customer service with that attitude. She isn’t doing me a favor by me spending my money there. But I won’t shop there with a rude employee. If you don’t like your job just quit, no one asked her to work on the weekend at this time. So maybe talk to her so she stop scarring customers away.

The launch of Super Mario RPG was supposed to include the collector pin set. Instead, Nintendo shorted the supply as usual and it was a challenge to get the pin.Otherwise, the staff here are freaking amazing and worked with me on the pre-order despite the fact I am just visiting town temporarily.

My wife went in to pick up a preorder switch game and van who helped her was completely rude to her very dismissive of her questions argued with the store manger in front of her never had a problem with this store but the way she was treated by not getting questions answered is completely unacceptable if I could do negative star it would be a five star negative rating

Best GameStop experience I've ever had! Tyler was so nice and very helpful, not to mention very funny and welcoming. We had a trade in for our PS4 and he was happy to help us. Loved talking to him, hope he has a great day. Give him a raise or something, he absolutely deserves it.

The employees are nice but we've had issues with not receiving our pro reward points after making purchases. Things that are marked clearance in the store do not actually get discounted when you go to buy them.. overall it's fine.

Yo someone get Tyler a raise! None of the other GameStops that I've been to have been so nice and helpful. Tyler easily made my experience here fantastic and revived the nostalgic feeling of excitement to go in and preorder a game. I missed that, you've got a great guy on your team here!
