I went to Home Depot in Riverdale Utah and parked right by the Garden Entrance to make things easy on me when I purchased 11 Bags of Marble Rock. Keep in mind that each Bag weighed 40 pounds each. On top of that, I'm no spring chicken anymore. So I now have 11 bags on a cart and head to the cashier to pay for the rocks. To my surprise the guy just locked the gate and informed me that he did not have the key to unlock the lock and that I would have to haul the 11 bags of Marble Rock all the way through to the Store and then drag the cart back out to where I had parked my vehicle close to the Garden center. If I was a lot younger it would not have been a problem. But being old, really you could not unlock the lock to make things easier to where I had parked. What has happened to Customer Service???? Unbelievable!!!!!

Sam was the best!! His knowledge and personal skills were the best. I was purchasing a roller for a outside painting project. After selecting the happy-purple-colored one, I had another question that wasn't in his department. He knew the answer and pointed me into the right direction.
BTW. His suggestion was spot-on. Best roller I've ever used!

Niki in paint is absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what she was talking about. She mixed some house paint for me. As you can tell by the picture, the paint that she mixed she painted onto my little sample and you can't even tell the paint is there. The Sheen and color matched 100%. She was very helpful and quick and courteous. Thumbs up and five stars to Niki.
