The lady that cut my hair michaele was fantastic! I barely had to tell her what it was that I was wanting, and she just went with it, and gave me a great haircut, that was different than what I had, and was definitely what I was looking for, and she was very precise. Most definitely would go to her again. No questions asked.
Stylist: Michaele, she was amazing. I asked her how long she had cut hair for, she said it was about 30 years. And I told her, well you do a damn good job, thank you!

Maybe it's a dying art. For $21 plus a tip, I'll chop my own hair with my own clippers from now on. I left three stars (mid-range) to offset the one star I would have left except for the gals in the past that know their craft and aren't just there to punch a clock or chat up her coworkers while buzzing your hair instead of getting a proper fade (Not all local barbers are great either). All of them are nice, but nice doesn't "cut it" for $21. Two or three gals that no longer work there deserve five stars, though. The rest are a solid three, so, average or above average. That was fine before prices skyrocketed. Don't go there expecting a $21-plus-tip haircut, though, but if you do, make sure they understand your expectations for that minimum $5 tip. Ladies: Be present with each client. Best of luck!

I recently visited Great Clips for a haircut and had a fantastic experience that I wanted to share. As a Google Local Guide Level 7, I always strive to find and recommend places that provide excellent service, and Great Clips truly delivered. Michele, my hairstylist, did an outstanding job. She was professional, attentive, and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted before starting the haircut.
Michele took her time and did not rush through the process, ensuring that every detail was perfect. This level of care made me feel like a valued customer. She also recommended several hair loss products tailored to my needs, which I found incredibly helpful given my concerns about hair loss. Michele even shared some personal insights about her own husband's experience with hair loss, which made the conversation feel more personal and genuine.
I appreciated Michele's expertise and the recommendations she provided. She had a receipt that had information about my previous haircut. She was knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain how each one could benefit me. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.
At the end of my visit, I gave Michele a great tip to show my appreciation for her exceptional service, and she thanked me warmly. It's rare to find such a dedicated and compassionate stylist, and I am grateful for the wonderful experience I had at Great Clips. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of a quality haircut and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning for my future haircuts and hair care needs.
