Spoke with two different employees and neither of them was helpful with directions to the products I was looking for. The first employee even told me that they didn't carry stair trusses when I know for a fact that they did. I ended up going back and forth through the aisles until I finally found the supplies I needed. Bottom line, employees were not knowledgeable about their store.

Waited 15 minutes at the wire cutting station. Obviously someone heard the intercom cause they kept resetting it like they were there to help. Walked past 4 accociates doing nothing but chit-chatting on my way out. Thanks for wasting my time and making me drive down to Home Depot to get the wire I needed. As a pro that spends $100k annually, this location just lost all of my future business.

I was trying to find some more complex anchors that I didn't really know much about. And Nevin from the garden department was assigned in that area, and he didn't stop until I was helped. He figured things out, even though it wasn't in his area of expertise. So shout out to Nevin!
