Would recommend, 10/10. I bought a SSD and realized after the fact that I didn't have the screws or tool needed to install. I called them up to see if they sold or had spare screws. The person I talked with, Brett, told me they had spares and to bring in my PC to make sure I grabbed the right type of screw. Then he waited with me to verify my computer worked after the swap.

At the Riverdale store today Logan quickly adjusted my settings and drives enabling my dash cam and microphone to work perfectly. It was very quick in and out. Very Professional and friendly service.

They let you pick your own parts but understand a lot of the parts outside of the CPU & GPU are cheap chinese made. I have had to take my gaming computer in over 10 times in a 2 year span for power supply and RAM issues. Customer service is no good either. They get annoyed with you for bringing your computer in for the same issues that they cant seem to fix. I would go with a costco prebuilt before you over pay with PC laptops.

I went in to the PC store having issues downloading an app on my PC. While it ended up being an issue with the app not my PC, Tyler was incredibly helpful easing our concerns and spend 40 minutes trying to help trouble shoot the app before we found out it was the EA company issue not a pc issue.He even said he would spend time over the weekend looking more into the issue in case he could find a fix for it! Great customer service
