Should be an option for 0 stars!!! Absolutely the WORST haircut ever! I was very specific in what I wanted! My dogs hair is super choppy and uneven. A bath-blow dry with trim around the eyes, feet, nails = $93 for a 10 lb dog? She doesn’t even smell good! Spare your pet the embarrassment and yourself the money! DO NOT go here!

I just had my 1yo cocker spaniel groomed, for the second time ever. I could not be happier!!! Sarah was amazing and did a fantastic job on him. I'm just thrilled with the care and love they showed him. Thank you so much!!!!

Not for long hair dogs that go outside. We took our dog in to get it's hair cut, they said she has foxtails so we would have to get her cleared by a vet. We took her to the vet and had her checked over and cleared so we made another appointment. Took her back in and they told us again that they couldn't do it and that she would need to be taken to get a haircut before they could cut her hair. There are no open wounds and she only had things in her fur (the reason we scheduled her to get her haircut) The idiocy is running rampant through these groomers. Why would you take your dog to get a haircut and then bring them back to get another haircut? Even the vet said that was the dumbest thing he's ever heard because his advice would be to cut her hair.

Golden Doodle's ear down to the skin! He's choppy and looks like he has Mange! Do NOT use this groomer!!
He looked better BEFORE the grooming!! $119!!!

I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THIS PETSMART OVER ANY OTHER MARY WAS SO SO SO BEYOND NICE TO ME WHEN WE WERE BUYING A FROG she was very patient also told me what not to put in my tank she really knew what she was talking about the tanks were beyond clean she ended up helping get a frog , algae eater , and 2 glow fish she also told me many facts that the layton store did not include when giving me my fish i live 5 minutes from the layton store but from now on will always take the 20ish minutes drive to the riverdale store

I mainly go here for my fish supplies. They are not fish people they think they know what the fish need but they really don't. I find it really dumb they won't sell me a fish cause I don't have the "proper tank size" like seriously for 1 fish I don't need a 125 gal tank. They are ok in a inch but I would not shop here for any real pet needs
