Juan was great to work with. No one was at the office the day that I went, but he went out of his way to get me set up remotely. I had to call him every couple of minutes to make sure I was on the right track and he answered all of my calls. The storage unit is easily accessible, secure, and was clean upon me taking it over. The facility is gated, well lit (I had to make a night run) and can only be accessed by customers with personalized code at entry and exit.

Edit: I’ve been with these guys for 2 years now and have always paid on time and have never had any problems. Unfortunately my husband and I had some financial issues arise so we called to try and work something out with the storage unit. Instead of being understanding and trying to help us out they told us we could either pay in full or pay $150 to rent a truck and come empty the unit today. We were also told our whole unit would need to be cleaned out in one trip, which is an extremely unrealistic expectation. Now my husband and I are in a position where we have to scrape up the money for our unit so we don’t lose access to our stuff when we’re not even sure how we’ll be paying rent for our home. All we wanted to do was have our late fee moved to next month’s bill so we have time to figure out the financial situation we are currently in.

Super expensive for no reason. I have a 10x20 and I pay almost double the amount than what the price is listed online.

Terrible company that charges your credit card without your consent. I am on social security and sometimes I don't have the money on the 1st. There is supposed to be a 5-day grace period but they locked my unit and charged my card without consent on the April 3, 2025. They also keep increasing the rent. Go elsewhere.

The property manager was very kind, helpful, and informative. There were many unit sizing options to choose from, and most units had deals online. Would highly recommend!
