I just went there to get my baby's formula I accidentally grabbed toddler formula last night when I went so I went to exchange for infant formula and there was only 1 can left but the lid was completely broken off and on the lid the baby scooper is in it so seeing how it's broken off I still had to make the exchange and the customer service girl there would not give discount of any kind she said "will you still be purchasing even though lid is off" me "of course I mean my baby has to eat, but seeing that the lid is broken I would like a discount still" her "seeing that you will still purchase it it's still good so I'm not giving you any discount" this will be the last time I purchase anything from that target

The Target on Riverdale Road in Utah has really gone down in quality. The products are great, but the store is a mess. The merchandise has been picked through and not put back where it belongs and they refuse to open up the second set of self-check out registers when there are longlines. The employees saunter around like they don't know what to do. Why aren't they scrambling to open up the registers instead of making people wait in long checkout lines? Why aren't their employees fervently straightening up the clothes etc. when they have have been messed up? I really hate the customer service at this store even though they have good products.

Went at noon on a Sunday and there was only 1 checkout cashier and 1 self checkout zone with 4 registers open. Lines of 10+ people deep in both areas. How is this acceptable business on a weekend of all times?!? This store is a mess with merchandise all over the floors. It’s dirty. It’s what I’d expect from a Walmart.

Bring a sleeping bag or camp chair so you can be comfortable while waiting to check out. 30 minute lines are common. One of their self checkout machines has been "Temporarily out of order" for well over a year. ?

Only one register open all the time and you'll see employees including management walking around like they don't know what they are doing. Pretty much the worst target you can shop at around hereMaybe teach the yellow shirt excuses for employees how to jump on a register pick up the slack quit walking around like some form of authority.Whoever owns this target ? ?

Placed an online order and then I got a notification that my item was out of stock. I went in that same day and looked for my item and i found it, it was out in the open too! Seems like the associates just didn’t want to deal with another online order, and decided to cancel it instead.

We placed an online order, just to find out the store was out of stock when we went to pick it up. What’s the point of that? It was on stock when we ordered it, and we paid for it, shouldn’t it be set aside? We drove all the way to the store for no reason. Love target, but the pickup system is ridiculous. We’ll never use it again.

Oh my goodness. This target has gone WAY downhill recently. It is a dump. Conversely, the Walmart in Clinton has become a wonderful place to shop. It seems like these two retailers have decided to swap positions in the marketplace. My son and I went Christmas shopping for my wife here and simply could not believe our eyes. Truly disappointing.

I went to Best Buy for a few things. Well, it's not really possible to get help. I finally flagged down an employee. She told low-key, "Best buy only hires part time and understaffs the floor on purpose". Then she recommended I go to Target if I need actual assistance. So over to Target I go. They were well staffed. The employee was more than happy to help me. Talked for a bit about Nintendo.Very positive experience as opposed to...best buy across the parking lot ?

Super messy store - almost every single area. Associates are not very friendly.

Huge never seen a target like it, it's almost a great store they are trying to hard to copy a model, instead of being themselves and BE TARGET and don't worry about the competition. Or they may not be here in 10 more years. Adapt or die, ask Sears & Roebuck, ask K-Mart, Osco drugs, alpha Beta, Skaggs, just to name a few

Covid has pretty much destroyed Target. It's pretty clear they have a staffing issue. Unfortunately we can't allow that to be an excuse. I can confidently say that they no longer focus on the "guest", if an employee actually says anything to you while you're shopping it's a total surprise these days. I try really hard to shop at Target but I'm forced to go to Walmart for most items and I also find that Walmart stores are now looking better and better. If Walmart is able to do this then Target should be as well. If they aren't able to figure this out...

I’m not sure what’s happened to Target, but it sure isn’t the store I remember. It’s an absolute mess, stuff tossed around everywhere with no organization whatsoever. Not to mention empty shelves in certain areas.I know it’s easy to blame the employees, but I know just how poorly Target treats it’s staff, and shizz rolls downhill. This is not the first Target I’ve walked into that looks like a bomb went off in it, and I’m sure it won’t be the last. As a Target card carrying, long time customer I’m so disappointed. I shop here less and less. Walmart is cleaner.

Super bummed! This is my local Target. And it has definitely nose dived! The store is in complete disarray. The shelves looked like they haven’t been organized in months. Boxes opened, items everywhere and out of place.Either severely under stocked or over stocked. There are items that don’t belong even remotely close to the sections they are in.There are a handful of shopping carts as soon as you enter the store filled with random items.Clothes in piles stuffed under the racks. While I was there It was morning, not very many people in the store but plenty of employees there. There was an employee who spilled water. Another employee then instead of wiping it up they just put a caution sign and walked away.Only 2 self checkouts openThis place is sad.far from a pleasant shopping experience!

I was double charged at checkout by an employee who “cancelled” my order and then had me re-ring some of my items up. I then went in to guest services and the guy who was working was friendly and called in a higher up Heather. Long story short i had to jump through a lot of loops to get my money back. The guy who was checking the cameras said he would get back to me. Never did. I reached out and called multiple times over the span of 2 days, my calls were declined almost every time. I had to go in myself for that reason. I was then “greeted” by a very rude lady with multiple facial piercings who was cutting me off and rolling her eyes. She had a rude tone and bad attitude. She called heather back, who brought in another nice lady katie. She was then finally able to get the information about my double charge to me AND she apologized unlike anyone else i spoke to. I brought up my declined calls to heather who made an excuse and said they were just busy, she never once apologized either, even though it was something that went wrong on their end. I’m not sure why the lady w facial piercings is working customer service and heather is a manager, they seem to lack the skills.
