“I’ve gone thrifting in a lot of different places and uptown cheapskate is by far the best thrift store I’ve been to. The workers are friendly and let you do your own thing but are always willing to help if you ask. I love how things are sorted in the store so everything is easy to find.
I would highly recommend this place! Only thing is the metal detector for leaving the store is a little sensitive so if your looking for clothes that are too close to it, it will sound a short alarm but that’s no biggie.
Love this place! I always overspend because the deals are amazing too. No regrets! ♥️”
“Never been to it until yesterday!!! Honestly wish I found it sooner since I live so close! The gentlemen at the front was amazing! (Donovan) Very cute handsome man with out of this world customer service! Super cute smile! Hailey answered my questions with a positive vibe and attitude! Super sweet as well! So many cool affordable finds too! Signed up for the rewards system they have too! I will def be back to get more things! Thanks again!!!”
“First time in here in a long time, and first impression was how nice it smelled. I like the big selection of items, but it was a little more expensive than I anticipated. But still good deals, with some stuff marked down 25% off if you look through. I will give 5 stars alone for the fact that you can try stuff on in dressing rooms.”
“Nice little Thrift store. Well maintained. Price have gone up, but still reasonable for the most part. You can find books, knickknacks, clothing, crafts, furniture, tools... and more.
A recycle center is outside.
There is also a shed close by, where you can find used paint, cleaning products or others chemicals for free.
You should donate your leftovers chemical or paint there rather than putting them in garbage..

“I love that this is a non-profit and that their employees are all part of a job training program to help them learn work skills.
This DI seems to be priced higher than other DIs nearby.”
“Decent place to find eney thing. Desent place to help getting job training and help getting set up with jobs not the best place to give stuff to thow because it gets to much stuff”
“We like going into these places to support local stores. I just wish the Re-stores around the country would ship to one another. We found a lot of carpet squares in Kansas and had to drive out there to get them because these stores don't share. I guess that's just how it is.”
“The Layton Goodwill is wonderful. I went on a Saturday morning with 19 year old and found some awesome items. I then realized I had some things in my van that I could donate and get a coupon. Cody at the drop-off was very friendly and helpful. Rick was our cashier and he was also very friendly and also quick. I always like my experience at the layton goodwill.”
“Savers is the nicest thrift store I’ve ever been in!! Great prices, helpful employees, nice clean items!! Great variety too!! Stop in, you won’t be disappointed!! And the book selection is the BEST!!👏😊”

Wednesdays they have color coded tags. They choose one color and all of its colors are 50% off. They post their color choice on ea aisle using placement signs.

“Cho has some wonderful finds at fair prices here. I found two rubbed bronze lamps, two beautiful end tables and a vintage dresser I intend to refurbish. She has so many couches and dining sets to choose from and lots of home décor items. This shop will definitely be a go to whenever I'm looking for items to furnish my home.”
