I really enjoy shopping here, but my recent experience wasn't so great. I checked out a couple of items, I bought a lip balm for myself, then coming home to find out that the cashier who had scanned the item, did not put it in my bag. Frustrated, I called the store to see if the product got left behind since it's not in the bag. She told me there wasn't anything that she saw and that I can come in for a replacement or a refund. I went the day after to see if they have found it, but she didn't see anything that got left behind. The cashier working that morning asked if it had fallen out of my bag, I would've known if it had fallen out or not. I was already annoyed at that point, tried to find a replacement lip balm; and I simply walked out without finding anything to replace the missing item. Wondering how a cashier can not put an item in a bag and them not being able to find it. Frustrating and annoying!

Store was very busy. Prices seemed high, yet lower then average dept stores and everything is expensive now days. Huge selection, friendly staff, and TONS of customers so they're doing something right.

Honestly was in there and saw a couple people training and learning how to do their jobs, nothing crazy didnt bother me at all. What bothered me was this older lady was berating a kid in blue. Made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable.

Product quality has gone down and prices have gone up, most of the makeup is destroyed and opened, it's reminding me more and more of ross sadly..always long register lines as well don't try to come here on a lunch break cause you'll be in line for at least 15-20 mins if not more?
