I just have to say how awesome Blake in the scissor lift delivery department is! Seriously so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We’re painting a mural for Young Powersports of Layton and our team has taken an aerial lift certification course, but we haven’t had the hands on experience with one yet. When I reserved it the lady told me she can’t guarantee the delivery guy will show me how to operate it, but I could ask. Blake called to tell me he was on his way (exactly on time within the expected delivery window) and I asked if he’d mind taking 2 minutes to show me how to operate it. When he got there, he went over absolutely everything from troubleshooting to safety stops to confirming the safety gear we’ll need and so much more. I couldn’t have asked for a better orientation for how to safely work a 25’ scissor lift, and I took a 2 hour class already! If he didn’t take that extra time to help, I’d have to sit and read the manual or watch YouTube videos to feel totally confident. I really appreciated Blake’s extra time to help (in full sun at 3pm) and our project is going to go so much smoother now! Can a manager give that guy kudos for being a knowledgeable, hard-working, and helpful employee that makes Home Depot look good please?

I think this location had a young man named Anthony working there. He was so helpful and actually knew about different areas of the store. Helped me cut my blinds and give me background about the different kinds for different rooms in my house. So often, hardware stores have employees that don't know anything other than aisle locations. So refreshing to have a helpful and friendly person on staff. Give this man a raise.

It's Home depot, but they generally have what I need and convenient location. Also I like how they have the app with easy search to see if they have what your looking for before you even travel there.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I made a truck reservation almost a week in advance, paid the $150 deposit and everything. The day of the reservation I get an automated text saying they had to cancel because they did 't have a truck available. When I tried to call and resolve it, they said there wasn't anything they could do. What's the point of making a reservation if they don't make sure they have the item available for you at the specified time? Very, very frustrated and dissatiafied.

Horrible service. We rented equipment the night before to be reserved at time of opening the next day, they confirmed our rental, took our deposit only for them to cancel it later on and tell us our deposit could take 6 days to get back. If they are going to take the deposit they better be sure to have the equipment available and actually reserve it for you!

I have always hated going to this store and now it doubled as of today. I went in after reviewing an item on their website that said they had some in stock. I go in searching as it is sale from black Friday and it was cheaper than Costco. I tried to flag down some workers who vertually ignored me, and went the other way walking and chatting. I get a hold of one guy who says yah I know I have seen this, so we start walking the store. So we can't find it and says I can do a willcall for when they come in. I asked to speak to the manager as this shows it in stock on line. He says this could be an issue with the numbers as well, as I can see this is an excuse. He gets on the phone and calls for the manager, who says he or she is busy and can't come. What kind of Manager does not come and assist a customer? I used to work for Home Depot part time, so I know how this works and I would never work for them again. Anyways I go to the service desk and I purchase two on willcall and went home. I get home and get a phone call the items were found on an end cap to come and pick them up. Well isn't special I have to run back down and waist my gas because one the Manager did not want to help a customer, two the associates are just walking around chit chatting instead of ingaging the customers - becasue they know nothing. So the only good point I found was the women at the customer service desk who took my order, gave me my military discount, and said she will contact me as soon as the items come in. I cring every time I have to go there as I need a part. Overall the satisfaction of this Home Depot is a -2.

With a quick Google search of "Home Depot Riverdale Utah Hours", I got "Open till 10:00 PM" (11/10/22). Being 20 Minutes away and it only being 8:45 PM, I chose to take my furry K9 friends for a ride with me. Apon entering the store, I heard an announcement saying, "Store will be Closing in two Minutes". Although the staff was helpful with finding what I was in need of, I felt rushed. I ended up purchasing MORE than I needed because of this. Now I have to make a return trip to get a refund on what was not needed (20-minute drive one way). When questioning an employee during checkout, they stated the hours were changed "last Monday" (11/07/22). I was happy that I still made it there before "closing" and got the parts I needed but would have been EXTREAMLY disappointed if they were closed. Best to call first, but you could miss your window by doing so. After further research, looks like YELP and the actual website have the hours correct. Google's problem? Maybe...

Seems every Friday or Saturday that I go in there they have an isle closed and it's usually one I need to get into. Today someone it appeared was doing an inventory. He stated that it was going to take him sometime to complete it before the isle would be open. Inventory first, customer comes second. I had a cart full of laminated flooring, I left it right there and walked out. Lowes is a mile down the road.

Do not ever order something that requires a delivery from The Home Depot… The delivery company they use is the biggest joke and I will never ever order from Home Depot again until they change their delivery company. I’ve had nothing but problems with them today only to hear from their manager that they’ve had issues for a while and need to change companies. If you have this many complaints why do you continue with that company? They are disrespectful and belligerent and they flat out lie. I am sick over this whole thing and I want everyone to know what a joke this is!!!!!

Made an online pickup order, was quoted around 2 hours till it would be ready, 5 hours later I try to cancel the order as I was tired of waiting for 1 tool. Order wouldn't cancel online so I went to the store, girl there said she would make sure it was cancelled and refunded, around 2 hours later at 6:02pm I get a text saying my order is ready, the store closes at 6pm right now. Your store sucks, maybe get in touch with Lowe's and learn how to run a hardware store.

Bought a refrigerator on December 14th. The first one that was delivered was dented so I sent it back. Waited until January 11th for a new one. Then the delivery guys said they could not haul away my old fridge even though I paid for it. When I showed them the receipt they said okay. Then they told me they could not install my new refrigerator because something with the water line I couldn't understand what they were saying. My old fridge had a water line. Ended up canceling the order. Will go to Lowes.
