Horrible customer service!!!! They have an issue helping customers! Went in today 7-13-25@1:30pm and every employee turn their heads when I was walking towards them to ask them a question! As Iâm leaving they are just behind the counter talking. Worst workers!

Guy with pink hair just walks off to fan himself instead of checking people out. Manager too busy chit chatting with other workers to check people out. Stood in a long line with a bunch of associates just standing around doing NOTHING. Poorly ran and will not be retuning I'd rather order online direct from the brands instead.the girl that finally checked me out was the rudest person I've ever had to displeasure of interacting with

Being a diamond member for many years, Iâm surprised by the lack of customer service and the rudeness from a particular male check out worker this morning. Do better Ulta! Will drive to another store next time.

I went in as they had a last minute opening the day of my babyshower and I had Melissa for an eyebrow and upper lip wax. She was so amazing! Gave me some great tips as well. I also had an appointment to do a hairstyle with Amber. She definitely made me feel comfortable! I will definitely be back đ

Love how honest and helpful my cashier and another employee were (sorry I didn't catch their names!). They saw one of the palettes I was going to buy and were candid that it wasn't going to work for what I was getting it for and gave me a great suggestion for what to buy instead. I really appreciate the sincere opinions that saved me from major disappointment.

Just wanted to show some appreciation for the girl working the MAC products yesterday. Wish I wouldâve caught her name (dark hair). She was very knowledgeable and helped guide me to some amazing products. She took the time to show me how to apply my makeup step by step so it would last all day. I was helped by Amanda and she helped me find a perfect shade match - which is hard as a black girl here in Utah! She also told me about some good skincare products that could help me. Amanda even engaged with my family while they waited -she was awesome!

Zero stars for this store! My daughter and I walked in for her hair appointment, only to be immediately turned away by the stylist, who stated, âI am not qualified to do her hair.â I have never met a stylist who wasnât qualified to complete a simple wash and condition on a child.
Might I add that we are proud Black women. After being lied to by the stylist (who gave me a false name), I went to the manager to file a complaint. Instead of addressing my concerns, she gaslighted me, focusing more on my little ones than on the issue at hand. The stylistâs name was Kori, and the manager, who promised to follow up but never did, introduced herself as Brittanyâthough at this point, I can only hope that wasnât a lie too.
I have spent thousands of dollars at this specific store, and this experience was completely unacceptable. As a single mother of four, I really needed help with my daughterâs hair that day. Being turned away for something as simple as a wash and conditionânot even a complicated styleâwas not only an inconvenience but also deeply upsetting for both my child and me. The various emotions we felt after being denied service were overwhelming.
This was discriminatory and unacceptable behavior. Do better.

For as crazy busy as it was, the staff was readily available to answer questions and quickly help customers. Sales team were very friendly and helped check customers out efficiently with a smile!

He is also the kindest person and was always making sure I was doing well! I wish every Ulta had someone like Francisco!
