Professional, informative, personable, kept me informed during the repairs, finished the repair early and did a beautiful job. They even cleaned the interior of the car. I highly recomend Caliber Collision.

I have to give a HUGE thank you to the manager, Rachelle and her team! We had our car transported to the Riverton location after the Sandy location had it for one month and they did not have the knowledge on how to install the passenger fender correctly.
Rachelle called us saying they would need to order the mounting bracket which was needed. They had my car from Sept 17-25th. Most of that time was waiting for the mounting bracket to arrive.
Do yourself a favor and drive the 8 miles to the Riverton location instead of the Sandy location and get your autobody repair done by team who knows who to do it correctly and act professionally!

TOP NOTCH SERVICE by the receptionist & Aidan. Very quick service while I waited and the scratch on my door that they buffed out doesn't even show now. I always come back to this same shop because of the service and good results.

This was my first experience bringing my car in for some minor work to Caliber.

I was recently in a really stressful rear-end accident, and since we only have one car, it made everything even harder. From the second my insurance scheduled Caliber Collision, they jumped into action. I got a call within five minutes to coordinate a tow if needed, and they kept that same level of responsiveness the whole time.
Everyone I interacted with was great, but I especially want to shout out Andee. She was so comforting and patient every step of the way. No matter how many questions I had, she always explained things clearly and kindly, and never made me feel like I was a bother. She made a really overwhelming situation feel manageable.
This was one part of the accident I didn’t have to stress about, and that made such a difference. I’m so grateful to the Caliber team and especially to Andee for making this part of the process as smooth as it could possibly be.
