My daughter bought me really cute dress slacks for Christmas from this store location but they didn’t fit. Went to return them today & they REFUSED! Will not offer credit or return without a receipt or account with the store!? They have the exact same pants in the store. Horrible customer service!!!

I arrived planning to spend money, not one staff asked if I needed help. I also placed an order for product and the information they put in was incorrect. So I got to spend an hour on the phone after. Could have been a difficult day, but I was disappointed

Loved my experience shopping here! The store is super well organized, clean and well-stocked. What really made the difference though was my experience with the associates! All of them were so friendly and helpful, especially Chris Thomas who immediately welcomed me into the store, listened to what I needed and was able to quickly get a sense of my style. She went above and beyond to figure out which pants came in the longer lengths I needed and even scoured the sale items for me. I loved that she took the time to help me put together cute outfits that look good on my body type. She was super attentive without ever being pushy. It was honestly the most fun and successful shopping trip I’ve had in a long time!

I wish I could give less than one star to their customer service. The ladies there won’t even greet you, walk by me several times and no one ask if I needed help, when I went to the fitting room one of them rushed to ask me how many items I had. It happened twice, definitely not going back.

I always have a great experience at this location. While they don’t have the variety of items that the SLC store offers, the customer service is amazing. Always willing to help without being overbearing.

I shop at Anthropologie a lot and this location has THE WORST staff I’ve ever worked with. They were very unhelpful with my returns and have lost my business from here on out. None of them seemed to know how to do their job and they were all very confused how to return my items. Do better please.

The store was gorgeous, neat, and clean; however all of the ladies working seemed to enjoy chatting with themselves rather than making me feel welcome or asking to assist me. I was the only one in the store and I felt like they didn't care I was there. :/
