just wanted to give a shoutout to the customer service at this location, Brynn made the process of getting a new phone super easy and simple, he had detailed answers to all of are questions and made sure me and my family all left with the right phone for us. 10/10!

Don’t usually leave reviews but today I went in to trade in my old iPhone, get a new case ect. I received outstanding service especially from Brynn. Dude was super helpful and did a great job explaining the different phones and payment options. Left with a new phone and again was very pleased with the service offered.

They ordered the wrong phones. Gave us incorrect pricing. Set us up twice on each phone for “protection plan” that should have only been one per phone.
Went to pick up phones (which we found to be wrong) and they just gave them to us and said to set them up at home.
Went to another AT&T store that same day and had a much better experience.
Stay away from this store!

Clay and Sebatian were exceptional, going above and beyond to help me and my sisters to find exactly what we needed! The atmosphere in store is very relaxing and positive. The only thing missing was cornhole, but other than that it was a great experience.
