I love Böhme’s clothing! The material is always high quality. Unfortunately, their customer service consistently falls short. I’m not sure if it’s just an issue for people of color, but it certainly felt like everyone else in the store was receiving much more assistance.

I’m not from Bohme land (I’ve only ever seen it in Utah) and this location is AWESOME. Beautiful mall and the staff was so sweet and helpful. Really friendly and just wonderful. If I lived here I would shop there constantly lol

This place is a gem for anyone who loves standout fashion. The clothing here is top-notch—beautifully designed with a mix of trendy and timeless pieces that really catch the eye. My wife absolutely adores their dresses and tops; she says the detailing and quality make her feel like she’s wearing something special every time. It’s become her go-to spot for finding unique outfits that she can’t stop raving about, and I love seeing her light up when she finds something she loves.
The store itself is fantastic, too—bright, inviting, and well laid out, making it easy to browse through their curated selection. The service is just as impressive; the staff are super friendly and genuinely helpful, always ready with a smile or a suggestion. They’ve got a knack for making you feel welcome, and they clearly know their stuff when it comes to fashion. It’s the kind of place where shopping feels like a treat, and I can see why my wife keeps dragging me back here—she’s hooked, and I’m happy to tag along.
The only downside—and the reason it’s not a full 5 stars—is that some items don’t come in every size, and their stock can feel a bit limited. It’s heartbreaking to see my wife fall in love with a piece only to find out they don’t have her size in-store. The staff often suggest ordering online, which is a decent workaround, but I wish they’d bring in more sizes to the physical location so she doesn’t have to wait or miss out. That little disappointment aside, böhme is still a standout, and we’ll keep coming back—hopefully with fuller racks next time! I’d give it a solid 4.5 stars.

I love the clothes here and I spend a decent amount of money here, but the employees are never helpful or even welcoming at this location. The employees will help everyone else in the store by finding them clothes and starting fitting rooms, but will make eye contact with me holding numerous items and just walk away. It’s such a bad feeling and I usually end up leaving. I’d rather go to a different location, even though this one is the closest to Daybreak. Evereve has much better customer service.

I went to the store last month and I found these shorts I liked, I asked the worker for my size and as usual they didn’t have it. I went ahead and asked if we could buy it online and I did. It has been over a month since I ordered the shorts online and I went to the store to see why I haven’t received my order and all they did was tell me to contact the web team. I did and they told me that my email was all wrong, my name was all wrong and it was all of their employees fault. Suck rude and unprofessional, unexperienced people working there. Truly disappointing, not the first time I had problems with this store in specific. And the clothes are getting so overpriced and not worth it. Never coming back again.

From the very first visit, I found this to be an inclusive, warm, and positive space. A number of different staff members have been helpful, pleasant, and welcoming, and open-minded. I really appreciate them. Love this place!

I love Böhme and their product is super cute. Unfortunately this Riverton location and their employees have put a bad taste in my mouth about Böhme. Both times that I’ve visited this specific location I have not been welcomed or acknowledged while I was in the store. On top of that refusing to return a product with receipt and within return period.
