Bad service, how are they going to know who moves my money in the bank or what happens with the transactions???? Very bad customer service from the Latin women there, they are pedantic and don't know how to do anything. Waited over 40 minutes with a line behind me to get change with no one at the cashier desk. Asked other people for help and they just said “oh they should be out here soon” and walked away.

I really like the location and the cleanliness, but it's basically just a fake building. I went in one time for some help with a pending ACH and some mixed up transactions. The guy at the front wouldn't even look up my account on his computer. I had to show him on my phone app and while I was trying to explain to him he was zoned out and not listening at all.After explaining my issue he basically spewed a canned response to call the 800 number. What's the point of a branch if have to call a number. So I repeated my concerns about the transitions, he literally had no clue what I was even asking for, nor did he care to even try to understand. Before I could even finish again, he handed me a business card for "online banking department" literally a business card with an 800 number on... Gee thanks!Wasted my time driving there. In the past at my CUs when I would go to a branch for help I was HELPED on the spot, this guy literally was just trying to get me to leave, he is the door keeper and doesn't care. CAN YOU AT LEAST CARE ENOUGH TO AT LEAST LOOK MY ACCOUNT UP ON YOUR PC? Literally just ignored me, I can't to the branch vs calling because I wanted to sit down and review it with someone, it's tough doing that over the phone. Thanks for your help!

I’m a fan of the bank overall. But since we are being forced to use the app, when can I get my own cashiers checks made? I have sat in the lobby for an hour waiting to get a cashiers check. Surely in an office of more than 10 people we can dedicate more than 1 person to serve those in the lobby…?

Lady here was SO disrespectful to me, kept trying to show me knew budgeting techniques and forced me to learn about managing my money and being as cheap as possible. I wasn’t there to learn about money saving I wanted to open an account because i’ve recently gain a significant amount of money in my life and needed a trust worthy bank. After all of that she asked if I would like to give her money as a donation, almost like a tip??? NEVER COMING BACK. wish i had gotten her name but all she had was dark hair.

go in here all the time they never have a banker up front half the time they’re at lunch the other half they can’t help for over 30 minutes because they don’t have a teller sitting up front. Maybe schedule someone to stay up front.

I went in and asked a question: “how long would it take for this check to clear?”The tellertook my check and said that he would look into that but it’s usually a day. He came back and told me it was deposited and it would clear tomorrow.That is not what I asked. I asked him to reverse it and then he couldn’t.I wanted to know if a portion of the check would be available immediately. My other bank allows that. It’s just further away.I would’ve gone to the other bank had he given me the answer to the question I asked. I didn’t realize that none of the check would be made available.He took my check from me and without me found the bank account and deposited it. He didn’t look at an ID, he didn’t look at anything. He didn’t even ask for my account number.He basically stole my money.Bank of America has always been a nightmare to work with, unfortunately through several business relationships I’ve been forced to use them. As soon as I can, I will go somewhere else.I’ve never had this problem with small local banks, they do their business in front of me instead of taking my things and walking away and then not interacting with me. The tellerless type banking experience is frustrating.
