1.9 is much too high for this bank. Bank of the West is simply a trade name of the larger BMO bank. It treats its business customers poorly. There are many truly local or regional banks that will meet your needs much better.

Bank of the west sent me a promo offer for a card, after signing up they somehow sent me the wrong card, all attempts to correct this have failed, even after speaking to multiple supervisors. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK!

Horrible customer service. Tellers unable to solve basic account problem, and refuse to call me back when the issue has been resolved. DO NOT BANK HERE!

Tried to move money out and they blocked my account. I would avoid any kind of business with this bank. 3$ fee to transfer money as well. Customer service has a wait time of over an hour.

I run multiple businesses and have used multiple different banks. These guys have hands-down been the best. Excellent customer service. Great rates. I've done the most work with Doug (branch manager) and Daniel—you guys rock.

First experience with this Branch has not been a good one. Trying to take out a large business loan from this bank and Olga has singly pushed me away and made me second guess this choice. I don't know about everyone else yet but they better be more helpful than Olga the stone wall customer service agent. Need to remove her from talking to people.

Its a no wonder why this has a 1 star rating customer service is outright horrible would never recommend and they are rude the manager didn't help at all. She came to the window and was very rude. I opened a checking and savings account. I deposited money. Most bank will issue you a temp atm card until your actual atm card arrives. I was not issued one and was told they don't do that. Then I went to enroll in online banking and it said they had to verify my info and it would take 2-3 business days. What the heck! So at this point I have no access to my own money or see my money. This is stupid and makes me feel like I don't have control of my own money. This is not good customer service!
