Been buying my tires here for quite a few years. Last month I tried to get my tires rotated 3 different times without having to leave the car. The first time was understandable as it was during their busy hours. Second time 7:30am on a Thursday, Third time 7:30am on a Tuesday. Couldn’t wait for it any of those times. I ended up rotating myself. If you offer this service for buying a new set of tires can’t you dedicate some personnel to this? Pretty irritating.

They have a full service at this location. Taylor was patient answering all our questions about some repairs that needed to be done and I appreciated that! Good service and fixed my issue fairly quick.

Some services here are great and quick. Their communication needs to improve though.
I needed an oil change and was having an issue with my brakes and called in around 4:30 pm to see if they were busy or if they could help me that day. I talked to the manager on the phone and he said they could help me with both as they were not busy at all. When I got to the store, the man at the counter told me they could do my oil change immediately, but they would need to keep my car overnight before they could even look at my brakes. When I told him I was surprised since the manager had said they were not busy and could look at my brakes right then, he said they'd been backed up all day and wouldn't get to all the cars they had already. This is obviously a communication problem and needs to improve. I did not want to leave my car overnight, so I had them do the oil change right then and went to a different, trusted location to have my brakes fixed.
