They do not honor promotions at checkout. The cashier, Jacky, didn’t even try to scan the item to verify the price. Instead, she removed and even broke the tag, claimed there was no promotion, and tried to suggest that we might have re-tagged the item ourselves. She insisted that none of her coworkers could have made a mistake, yet refused to scan the code to confirm whether the promotion was real. Her attitude throughout the interaction was very poor and unprofessional.

Came into the Burlington today just to see what different things that they had from other places we found a jacket that was Levi’s that had a clearance sticker for $9.99 And we went to go pay to the cash register and associate before she was gonna ring it up. She takes off the red sticker and says that it was a misunderstanding one of the employees and she would not let us know what was wrong. She said that supposedly that jacket was new they have gotten it just barely in stock. Another associate told me to go find another one with the same exact price on it. It was the last jacket with that same price I asked for a manager and she said she was a manager, Jackie She was not polite, and also another male associate that was ringing up. People was very disrespectful. I will never come back to this Wellington again this is unacceptable. This is the type of people that you’re hiring Your store will be going downhill for this reason

We walked in and there were about 5 workers there standing just talking. When we went to go checkout there was one cashier for a huge line of people, while the other employees were chitchatting…I will never go here again because of this. Do better please.

First time coming and had a bad experience. Workers there suck! They don't have corporate's number and one of the managers were being rude about giving me Corporate's number. One of their workers thought it was a good idea to yell at my niece and nephew and she's becoming a manager! As an adult you talk to the ADULT NOT THE CHILD! Especially thinking you can yell at them. Very much entitled people. Do not recommend going if you have kids they will get yell at even if their older

They are very rude to paying customers and it’s not okay, I will never shop at this location again. They got upset because my daughter was playing with a toy as we were walking down the aisle, as we had a cart full of merchandise we were going to purchase, I left the cart there because I’m not spending my money at a place where they can’t respect their customers. Don’t recommend this location at all!!

First time visiting Burlington, now I normally dislike shopping, but I went with a friend and enjoyed it so much. One of those stores that has everything you didn't know you needed.

Disappointing Experience at Burlington
My recent visit to Burlington left me feeling quite disappointed. While I was hopeful to find some great deals on clothing and home goods, the overall shopping experience was lackluster. The store is known for its wide selection of discounted merchandise, and there were indeed many items available. However, the quality and organization of the products left much to be desired. Many clothing racks were overcrowded, making it difficult to browse through the options effectively. I found several items that looked appealing at first glance, but upon closer inspection, the quality was lacking, with noticeable defects and irregularities.
Another significant issue was the cleanliness of the store. Some areas felt neglected, with cluttered aisles and scattered items that detracted from the shopping experience. The fitting rooms also left something to be desired; they were not well-maintained and felt cramped. This made trying on clothes a less-than-pleasant experience.
Additionally, the checkout process was frustrating. Although the staff was generally friendly, there seemed to be a shortage of cashiers during my visit, leading to long wait times. Overall, while Burlington has the potential to offer great deals, it fell short in terms of organization, cleanliness, and product quality during my visit, resulting in a two-star rating.

Horrible quality clothes. Every brand, every size, men's, women's, kid's. It's all trash. Walmart and Ross have better quality for cheaper. Everything falls apart at the seams, zippers fall off, pants will rip after the first use. I'm just disappointed that we spent so much money on back to school shopping here and literally all of our clothes fell apart after the first use.

Found the cutest backpack here. Good quality and really cheap. Though when I went to the bathroom was really dirty and the toilet was clogged with poop and blood and who knows what!
