We found a screw embedded in our tire. They fit us in just before closing, fixed the hole in the tire and inflated our other tires. When it came time to pay, they didn't charge us anything!Everything about our visit was great.

I have been going to the riverton Burt brother from when it first opened. Always had a great experience! I have interacted with all the store managers and can say they all have excellent customer service!Todd and clay is who I deal with the most and they definitely go above and beyond to keep you in the loop of what’s going on and they also give personal opinion “if asked”.I also love that I can ask a stupid question and they make me feel like it is a worthy question lol.From a major repair or service to getting a little 5 gallon propane cylinder filled they treat you as if you were a number one customer every time!

Had an emergency and I was really crunched for time. Todd arranged for my car to be taken in immediately. They performed the necessary diagnostics and made the repairs on the spot. A minor battery replacement for them (On warranty to boot), but their care got me out of a jam!So very grateful! Thanks.

They not only have great brands but fairly priced, I went for a set of Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT. They got them really quick, everything was checked and the job was done properly. ✅️ I worked with Mckenzie, she keep everything running smoothly on this process. ??

Burt Brothers in Riverton is awesome! I'll never go back to the dealer again. Mackenzie and Team run a top notch shop, great service, and trustworthy. That was important to me. I'll definitely be going back again.

I’ve always received quality service for my vehicles at a fair price. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This place gets really busy so I highly recommend an appointment, especially for oil changes.

Love this place. Caleb put me into some tires a few months ago. I went in for a rotation and they looked extremely busy. Caleb welcomed me in and still remembered me by name even though it’s been like 4 months. Despite being absolutely busy he still managed to sneak me in almost right away. Wonderful person to work with and everyone was warm and welcoming

Caleb at the Riverton store showed me what customer service is about today. First time at burt brothers and had them fix a flat for me today. He walked up when it was done and told me there was no charge and thanks for visiting. I got down the road and my light came back on and got back out to find the tire low again. I took it right back and he instantly welcomed me back in, took my keys from me, and went and redid the flat repair himself and even brought the tire up front to me to explain the mistake that happened. Very honest kid who dealt with me being a little upset because I had a busy schedule that day. I look forward to going back.

My husband and I had a tire go out on our trailer on our way out of town. Thankfully there was a Burt Brothers right down the street. I had my Service Animal with me and it was very hot. Mckenzie at the store was so helpful and had our tire issue fixed for free. So grateful for businesses like this who still work with the concept of helping people. Especially in these hard economic times. I will be using them in the future for all my tire needs.

I had some really hard complications when I went to Burt Brothers in Riverton… I ended up in tears over everything. I wasn’t sure how I was going to do what I needed that day without my car! Todd, the manager, absolutely saved the day. His customer service skills were beyond amazing! Everything was taken care of, and the day was saved. I am so grateful- and recommend this store for anyone needing service . They are absolutely incredible!!

I've come into this location at least 20 times. The service they provide here is unmatched! Everyone is so nice, accommodating, and they do a great job at explaining what they're doing for those who don't understand much about cars. By far the best place for your car.

Be careful with these folks. I took a 2023 truck with less than 5k miles in for a leveling kit and stock size all terrain tires. They damaged the axles on install and didn’t replace them immediately. On my fourth trip back in the shop on the same issue they replaced axles, but implied the damage had nothing to do with the lift and was somehow separate. Just got my estimate back from the dealer, $2500 to repair. I think in their opinion they care, but this was my only vehicle and I can’t keep taking time off to run it back and forth, and truthfully don’t even know if they are actually capable. A lot of talk, only action they do quick is take your money.

I came into town to visit with family and had a unexpected problem with my car the day before we were supposed to leave. I worked with, Todd, who went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my car fixed. He gave me a timeline of when they could squeeze my car in (possibly 1-2 days due to high volume). He got it done that same day!! He knew my situation and he and his team got it done. The costumer service I received from each employee I worked with was very impressionable. Everyone was talking, laughing and smiling to each other and other costumers. You just don’t see that often. I am so grateful for their hard work and professionalism. I would recommend this store to anyone! Thank you, Todd!!

We scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago for 9am today. The front office staff kindly took our keys and asked if we would be waiting at the facility. We opted to pick up our vehicle later in the day once diagnosed. We were surprised to have not heard anything from Burt Brothers 30 minutes before this location closed. When we called to inquire about our vehicle, we were disappointed to find out that it had not been diagnosed or looked at yet. When I asked Todd, the front office supervisor, what the delay was he unfortunately began to blame others for misinforming us stating that “all technicians and appointments are 3-4 days out.” Meaning, we would be without our vehicle until Tuesday of the next week. This felt like a contradiction from what the staff had said to us upon vehicle drop off especially considering the appointment was scheduled so far in advance. Rather than offering a genuine solution or empathy toward this situation, Todd explained that he “pulled strings” to have our vehicle reviewed next. This was at 5:30 pm, and we needed our vehicle so we declined and drove out to pick it up. Todd greeted us, handed us the keys, said nothing about the situation, and then directed us to the back of the building where our vehicle was parked furthest from the lobby.Better communication or an attempt for a genuine resolution could have turned this negative situation around, but we were instead treated as if our business did not matter.

I’ve never seen a place offer on site rental before. That was amazing and so convenient. I just dropped my car off and drove away with an economy car rental. These guys do amazing service but now they’re even going that extra mile and making sure I am taken care of when my car is getting worked on. I’ll be going to Riverton Burt Brothers for everything now.
