I was visiting from out of town and had to stop in twice. Both times there was no wait. The tellers were very friendly and helpful. They were able to help us work through a challenge we had. I'm grateful for a good bank with awesome employees at this location.

The drive through ATM did not dispense money but still withdrew it from my card. When I informed the bank they basically did not take any responsibility because it was not their bank card. Now I have to wait weeks to get my money back through the card provider. I am a chase account holder but will be taking my business to another bank. It is obvious that chase does not care about their customers

No one picks up the phone, but if you walk in, the women working there are very nice. Parking is easy, there's a free lot next to the Harmon's gas station. Note: Chase offers notary services, but if your documents require a witness in addition to the notarization, they won't sign.

They’re always very quick here, and it’s proximity to the highway and a nice shopping center in Mountain View Village is convenient and nice

I just opened a new business account today and it was an incredible experience. I've had my business for 3 years and was banking at another bank during that time and I felt there was no desire to help me or my business grow or expand. I feel a different vibe with this bank. I was extremely impressed with the Branch Manager Maddie and the supervisor that assisted me when I came in to make the deposit. I'm looking forward to continue to grow and work with this branch in the future. I would highly recommend for any small business owners or entrepreneurs in the area.

Been waiting for this place to open up for the longest time until sometime earlier this month, I passed by and saw this place open. A few days later I went to their drive thru and did my ATM transaction. Pretty awesome to see an ATM machine that's brand new lol. On November 6 I went inside to see a personal banker to wire money for a downpayment on a house. And oh man...the smell of this place still smells brand new with its brand new paint. It was awesome lol. It's a bit smaller though compared to the existing Chase banks though. The personal banker though was someone I remember vaguely from the chase branch at the district. She was awesome and nice as well. Location is pretty awesome. It might be hard to get to this place inside the plaza depending on the time of the day because of chik fil a
